Love the dr however HATE having to deal with third party scheduling and messaging and not able to speak directly with her people that work for her in her office. Having to go through main line that all drs use is very frustrating, non personal, the people are usually rude, and I dont appreciate a schedule person giving me medical messages or relaying messages. I understand it makes it easier for her staff to focus on other things but it takes away the personal care.

If you are in Lakeland and looking for a great primary care doctor Dr Alexandra VonLindeman, Clark and Daughtry, Lake Miriam is the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to hear her patients. I give her 100 stars rating!??????????

I have found the BEST doctor in Lakeland! She actually took time to listen, is very knowledgeable about women’s issues and keen to share information AND SHE CALLED me herself to tell me of my lab results/mammogram/pap!! She is a breath of fresh air in the medical community! If you are looking for a GP she is amazing!!
