Amanda Dailey's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Dailey has been a Godsend for my mom, for whom Dr. Dailey cares. While I have not been a patient of Dr. Dailey's directly, I am very involved with my mother's healthcare and have attended many appointments with her. It was clear from the very beginning that Dr. Dailey is a different doctor--a diamond in the rough of medical, insurance, and pharmaceutical companies. I was so grateful that she took over an hour to get to know my mom during her first appointment--physiologically, mentally, emotionally, and personally. Now that I am a rising first-year medical student myself, I not only view Dr. Dailey as an exceptional clinician for my mom, but also as an exceptional mentor. She has shown me the right way to care for patients, after years of being shown sub-par standards of care from other healthcare providers.

Dr. Amanda Dailey has been nothing but the most sincere and genuine physician I have ever encountered in my healthcare journey. As a middle-aged woman, I have been cared for by many physicians in my lifetime, but no one comes close to Dr. Dailey. From the very beginning, Dr. Dailey took more than an hour in my intake appointment not only to get to know my health on a physiological level, but also on a mental and emotional level. Dr. Dailey is a superbly intellectual physician, but she explains everything to me in a digestible manner. When I come to her with a seemingly-trivial concern, she listens to me and conducts a number of tests to ease my worries. Similarly, I am often skeptical of starting new medications due to concerns regarding side effects. Dr. Dailey has never once pressured me to start a medication with which I was not extremely comfortable. I feel as if Dr. Dailey has become a part of my family, and I thank God for providing me with such a wonderful physician. Thank you, Dr. Amanda Dailey!

She is wonderful but unfortunately like all the good doctors she is leaving Lakeland??

Dr. Dailey is AMAZING! She is attentive and truly wants to ensure that her patients health is top priority. I have tried for years to find a doctor like her. One who listens, has vast knowledge and is thorough in determining her diagnosis. So very thankful that she is my doctor!!

She was absolutely incredible with my daughter. She didn’t just treat her knee she treated her as an athlete. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone.

Do not go this doctor. One star lowest option. Zero star is deserved. Had appointment at 2:00 and arrived at 1:55. I was told Dailey was apart of orthopedic group so I went to their front desk. Wrong. They sent me upstairs for check in. I wait few minutes to be called, their system required few more steps, taking picture and providing drivers license. It took person several minutes to set up system to take my copayment. I finally get checked in at 2:23. Two minutes later I get call on cell phone from Dailey office that I was late and I would have to reschedule. After explaining I was not late, th doctor still wouldn't see me.. Front desk supervisor got involved, apologized and said incident report to be filed.

Initially this doctor treats you as if you’re an actual person; however, when they cancel your appointments last minute, then state you are not considerate of their time because they messed up the scheduling (because I was almost already to my appointment I asked them to keep the appointment and I’d attend as previously scheduled, which her assistant told me was fine 10 mins before). I aired my frustration over this incident, and as soon as I do, the Dr. immediately threatens not to treat me any longer. I’m more than happy to allow that to happen, but not without first reporting you for poor ethics, and mannerisms when speaking to people. I cannot believe you have the audacity to state to someone that they need to be considerate of your time, when you’re not doing the same to them! It’s hypocritical and unprofessional behavior.
