Everything excellent

Do not recommend! Completely wasted 8 weeks with this doctor and her office. Was referred to her for a painful wrist injury after a fall. Had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment. Had the appt. end of October. and was given a quick exam and was told I needed an MRI. ZERO discussion of treatment options. MRI was denied by my insurance. Was told that the doctor needed to talk to insurance and then it would be approved. The ONLY communication after that was initiated by me, and was me contacting this doctor’s office a couple times to ask if anything was being done about getting the MRI. Waited and waited, and to this day have NEVER heard from them again. INEXCUSABLE! I have since found a new hand doctor at another facility and am FINALLY receiving treatment for my wrist (without an MRI, I might add).

Saw Dr. Licht for a painful wrist injury. Zero discussion of treatment options during appointment. Just told me I needed an MRI. But between this doctor’s office and my insurance, I got nothing but a runaround in regards to actually getting an MRI. No communication whatsoever. Tried calling the doctor’s office a couple times to follow up, but got nowhere with them. It’s now 6 weeks later, and I’ve never heard back from them. Completely ghosted me. Obviously this doctor couldn’t care less about helping me, so I went elsewhere.

Our daughter recently had hand surgery after a hunting accident. The surgery was a difficult one. We had a few issues (none with Dr. Licht or her team)along the way that Dr. Licht’s staff assisted with to resolve and the other issue with our insurance Dr. Licht personally helped us sort out. We are very grateful for her skills and compassion in making our daughter whole again.

I tried to get a hold of her. Hung up on twice. She wants me to get a nerve conduction test which I cant get in until Jan. 23rd. I am in so much pain going to an urgent care.

Dr. Licht is an excellent hand surgeon. She is very thorough and competent. My surgery went very well and recovery was more than satisfactory.

Very poor business model and very rude. I was referred by another Dr. to do an out patient surgery on my hand. She already had the x-rays and info she needed. Then they wanted to schedule at least 2 appointments to do what could have been done in one. Do they not understand that some people do not have a lot of money these days thanks to Covid and that wasted appointments cost more money? Guess I will take the money I do have somewhere else.

She has a receptionist or nurse named Lori. Awful and downright mean. If I go back in there I am going to lay into her and speak my piece on how cold of an individual she is. Definitely cold as they come.

Loved her. I saw another orthopedic doc who did not take me seriously. I ended up needing surgery. Dr Licht and her staff are so friendly! I love how she’s straight forward but genuine. Highly recommend

Called the office in Jan 2020 and set 1st available apt for the 1st week in March. They call me to change the apt to March 25th. While checking in I clear my throat and shortly there after I am told she will not see me because of my caugh. I have been in pain since Jan and she turned me away with out even looking at me. Unbelievable!
