Dr. Avi is one of THE BEST doctors my son has seen. She didn't sugarcoat thigs yet she didn't leave us feeling that she was just a "robot" shooting out facts. I wish she saw adult patients too. It will be hard for anyone to come close to filling her shoes...

Save yourself the time, money and grief and go to UW Madison. My son was vomiting and collapsing and she wouldn't order an MRI. My son had a brain tumor.

Dr. Avi treats the whole child and truly listens to the patient and parents. I trust her with my special little girl and am grateful she is our neurologist. We travel 5 hours to see her because her level of attention isn't found easily even with many options here in St Louis. I highly recommend Dr. Avi.

Its an emotional roller coaster hearing that your son has high functioning autism, even when you already suspect it. Dr. Avi made it a very comfortable conversation and gave us ideas and tools to help our son grow up to be the best person he can be. She gave us confidence that we can face this challenge.
