Great 1st visit on 8/7/19 (Items addressed, Chronic solar dermatitis, Neoplasm of uncertain behavior of skin, Screening for malignant neoplasm of skin, and Skin tag.) & a 2-minute 2nd visit on 8/19/20 that consisted of Dr. Marcum opting not to remove 2 small skin tags very close to the eyes & did NOTHING else as none of the skin tags removed during the first visit came back. To my utter shock, during the second visit, she claimed that she addressed, Melanocytic nevi of trunk, Screening for malignant neoplasm of skin, Chronic solar dermatitis, & Inflamed skin tag. NONE of those things were done by her as she was in the room for less than 2 minutes. At best she made a mistake copying 1st visit notes that she refuses to take responsibility for or at worst it was pre-meditated fraud. I accidentally found out about this because a patient bill was generated for approx $234 & when I questioned it, to my utter shock I learned all of the above. Please RUN away from this Dr, avoid problems!

This was the best experience going for my yearly checkups in the last 5 years. This My first visit with Dr Marcum was thorough, efficient, friendly and addressed my concerns explaining everything making the visit a delight. I'll happily be back.

She did a laser procedure on me some years ago and the results were very good. If I still lived in Florida I would go back to her.

Dr. Marcum was extremely courteous, professional and was quick to diagnose my issue. Her treatment worked within weeks and she also conducted an overall skin cancer evaluation. The facility and staff were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend Dr. Marcum.
