Came in today as a new patient, was refused service by medical (jaqi and Natalia) and mistreated because I contacted Covid after being fully vaccinated and I later was cleared and tested negative, you see people coming out spraying lysol everywhere like I am a positive patient.This is not the place to get care for anyone, especially how the Nice/nasty treatment.This office is located on the Southside of Lakeland but should be shut down for the way they treated me, she had the audacity to reschedule me after treating me this way, i kindly stated to cancel the appointment and i will not be returning. You cannot mistreat people like this and expect to have an establishment and it flourish. Please treat all people with respect and fairness

I am not happy with this practice. Gone twice and had to wait almost 3 hours on every visit (with or without appt). Also, to get an order for outside labs waited 3 months. This is ridiculous, the Florida City location is the worse. I will take my kids somewhere else, very unprofessional and unorganized. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP!
