I have had great experience at the center, and interacting with the staffs. My doctor is someone I have confidence in her informingme of what course of action with my problem and symptoms. "I Mr and Mrs Mosley didn't receive our 50 dollar gift card. Only because the way insurance bill, doctor Susan Crown has filed all the necessary codes . But for some reason the insurance company can't see that part of the bill. For that reason we wasn't able to receive our gift cards ". Thank Mr and Mrs Mosley.

Ive been going too dedicated senior for year now. Never had any kind of problem. Miss crowe is the best dr. Ive ever had. Great staff all around.

Nice, clean facility. But the best part of Dedicated Senior Medical is their staff. My doctor Susan Crowe is awesome. She is available to me by text at any time. When you walk in you are greeted and checked in. Staff will walk by as I'm waiting and greet me by name. It's just a very warm and inviting experience. Which I have never experienced in a medical facility before.

They took my copy off medical papers decided not to scan them into their system and then destroyed my copy so I have to go too another state to get another copy
