Dr.Scheps helped us navigate a lip and tongue tie with my newborn. He was very thorough, thoughtful and kind. His whole team was comforting during the procedure and during every follow up! He really set us up for success with the thorough demonstration of the stretches. Definitely recommend if you are considering an oral tie release.

After being referred to them by our Orthodontist for Icon treatment. I was contacted the following day to ask if I would email them over the referral. I let her know after I spoke to the front desk at the ortho office, they should have everything they need. They said it takes 5-7 days to review the info, diagnosis and x-rays with the doctor and would call back to set up an appointment. After it now being 2 weeks from the initial referral date. I called back to get an update. No info was noted, and I was told the same thing. With the extra new that she is 14 and they do not treat patients at that age. What a waste of time. No one could call to inform me of this. Not very happy with their professionalism.

Parents are NOT allowed to be with their children believe it or not. There are minors and this is very unpleasant and illogic, all minors must be supervised all the time by their parents/ guardians. I would never take my daughter again.

Thank you for taking care of my son’s tongue tie. Dr did a great job with it. I am so happy and my son can now eat happier.

Our 6 week old Raven was tongue tied too and bottom he was crying all the time. We called this place because it has a specialist they got us in within 1 day we had 1 visit and the same day the procedure was done. He is now so much happier we are so thankful for this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Also they have lots of games and fun areas for kids my other daughter was entertained the entire time.
