Her staff was very courteous and friendly. My visit was quick and easy, and Dr. Ruth addressed every concern. I had an answered any questions I had made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I was in a hometown doctors office where everybody knew everybody is a very welcoming experience for me.

Dr Ruth was very disrespectful towards my husband and wouldn’t answer any medication questions.. and just very dismissive. At times disrespect. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I should definitely let the public know and give a heads up to the general community the only reason I’m leaving one is because I just don’t want another person to be treated so unkind or not get the help they need I don’t feel this doctor should work with the public very bad experience and this isn’t just the one time this is every time me and my husband go there to see this doctor we are definitely switching doctors now……the nurses are also very disrespectful the front desk…

Doctor today on south Florida…. Doctor Ruth very disrespectful very dismissive wouldn’t answer any questions the front desk is very disrespectful unprofessional they all seem very dismissive and distant the doctors and the nurses I felt I was treated very poorly… everyone you talk to when it comes to your health always tells you to ask your doctor but what can u do if your doctor is dismissive and won’t answer any questions…

Wouldn't recommend this place to a dying person... don't do what you ask, don't run the tests you ask. Don't send the prescriptions THEY say they will send. Never again. Also, they almost gave me a heart attack over lab work insisting I take time off of work to go over lab work Follow up. I asked if it was serious or if it could wait until my upcoming schedule change. No, very serious. It's the same numbers I've had for over a decade... bad bad bad...

By far the worst doctor I’ve been to in my life, I am only here because it’s hard to find a doctor with my Medicad card insurance so I have to suffer through this every time I have to see my doctor, let me rephrase that I have never seen my actual doctor only the PA honestly I don’t recommend this to anyone please just go somewhere else place is unprofessional and very lazy office!

We loved dr ruth, she provided very good services to my 2 daughters and my self but we definitely got enough of her front desk staff, Sylvia is the worst employee that they could have, the other girl i cant recall her name..they are rude as they can be, unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that never return calls, refused to appointments and they always loosing referrals and samples, you have to do their job and is unacceptable, they always on their personal phones instead of giving each patient their time.. both of the ladies on 6/22/22 and 6/24/22 are the worst, and we will no longer be patients of Dr today for people like them
