Today, September 13, 2021 from the moment I entered the Office of Eye Specialists of Mid Florida, Harden BLVD. , Lakeland I was greeted by a pleasant staff at the reception desk. The technician working with me to get preliminary evaluations was very efficient. Dr. Dixon was so great! He patiently explained things to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. The Optical Specialist Krista Day was also wonderful and carefully explained the process of the frames and lenses I was ordering. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about my experience as a new patient in this office.

The doctor was more than an hour behind schedule, but in the end the staff was extremely helpful, sincerely apologetic, and kind. They clearly recognized the delay was causing significant inconvenience to their customers. The doctor was very professional, thorough, and personable. Overall a wonderful experience, even with the delay.
