Cant ever get a hold of a person on the phone and when you start asking questions they hang up on you. Whenif you actually speak to someone in the office they lie and say they will get it taken care of amd call you back they dont do either. They try and place blame on the dialysis center and they dont really care about their patients. They dont even act like they care if they answer the phone they are unhappy and sound like they all hate their jobs amd could care less to speak to someone or help anyone out.

My kidneys failed in May 09. Dr Aguayo came into my hospital room and when he found out I had no insurance his demeanor and treatment of me as a person changed visably in the room.After I was transfered from treatment from the hospital to Davita whenever he would do rounds he doesnt ask about you or how youre doing. He treats you like the medicare cash cow you are to him and his practice.I dont live in Lakeland now but I have family there. When I come into town to visit I have to dialyze in plant city because before you can be treated in Lakeland Davita you have to have an office visit with Dr Aguayo. I refuse to put another penny in the hand of this ....... Person?Check it out. Call davita and see for yourself. Only about the money.
