Navdeep Jassal's Online Review Report Card

Dr Jassal has impressed me with his patient & relaxed demeanor at every appointment. He takes the time to listen and answer every question. I never feel rushed or talked down to. I leave his office feeling very secure that I am getting the very best treatment from a physician who is deeply invested in my overall well being. I have seen other doctors for chronic pain over the last several years. Dr Jassal is the only one that gives me confidence that he understands my pain, and genuinely wants to use every tool at his disposal to help me feel better.

The staff gave me. Piece of paper expected me to know where to go for a cat scan didn't contact my ins, I am on Medicare, so after contacting my Primary and back and forth, a week later I got needed approval and got CT scan then went for follow up. Chatted with nurse practitioner about epidural, no paper directions given on what to do. Am diabetic 2 shots a day. Calling today for instructions. The Dr. Jassal is excellent but can't say for others.

My father is 84 years old and almost death, he lives is horrific pain, and it’s difficult for him to fully communicate all that he is going through. Dr Jassal and his staff have been very understanding, and determined to help him get his pain under control. Dr Jassel wants to fix the cause not just give him pain meds. I have an amazing BRAG!! The past 2 days my pain score has been 3! Three! I haven’t had a 3 in like 10 years!!!!! I cleaned the house, worked outside a bit, played music, did laundry and felt like a real human for the first time in nearly SIX years. Dr Jassal implanted a pain pump that gives me micrograms of pain meds directly to the areas of pain. My brain works for the first time in YEARS! God is amazing! Yesterday the dr told me he wasn’t going to do pain pumps and I started to cry and beg him to reconsider. I told him without him I’d be back on patches and sleeping my life away while still being incapacitated with pain. He said it’s hard and the money is bad. I started to cry. I told him without this I had no life and no chance for a life because with my heart defibrillator a pain stimulator would have been impossible and today I’d be back on systemic patches and basically would have slept away the rest of my life. He said he’d resider after hearing my story

Dr Jassal is an Awesome doctor and the staff are wonderful. Very helpful and inform you completely and answer all questions and concerns. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

The front staff told me my insurance is accepted by there office. Well it’s not. I end up with a invoice in the 4 figures. Sad part is nothing was done to help the back pain.

Dr.Jassel has the best bedside mannerism that I have ever seen in a Doctor. He is compassionate and very throughall and very competent. I recommend him highly!!!

Dr. Jassal is AWESOME. My husband and I have referred many people to Dr. Jassal. He is the most compassionate doctor I have EVERY had. He is very educated and excellent in his field. I cannot say enough about him. I would recommend anyone to his practice.

The moment I met Dr Jassal he was caring and reassuring that he could help me with an out patient procedure called MILD. He took time it to me so that I could understand and answered all my questions. He was reassuring which gave me confidence in him and the procedure. The procedure was done and the next day I was pain free, which I had not been for many months. I am so thankful for Dr Jassal, who is professional, kind and able to help people with innovative pain management.
