Everyone was amazing there. My son broke his glasses and insurance didn't cover another pair right now. His eyes are so bad that he can't see without them. They order me 2 pairs for him as well as put his lenses from his broken pair into a frame from the store to borrow until his new ones come in so he could attend school and see. I am so grateful for the employees thete.

TERRIBLE! I paid to have the doctor take retinal photos and all he said was, "Everything looks good". Really? I thought he would go over the photos with me since I had 3 eye surgeries in 2020. I paid to have glasses and I was told a week later to pick them up. I drove 50 minutes (each way) and upon arrival, I was told that the glasses weren't sent. I very politely told the woman that I was driving almost 2 hours to get there for their mistake. She looked at me like I was from Mars. Really? Your mistake, I am polite and you are rude to me. NEVER AGAIN. You get what you pay for. I will pay more for better eyecare and a doctor and staff who cares about their clients/customers

Surprisingly a family member has Polk County Health Insurance and had a certificate for one set of eyewear. I had my doubts of what certificate would pay for and anticipated a coPay. As long as the frames and no special tints or name brand frames were chosen, they were paid for 100% . Staff didn't try to coerce into buying more than what was covered. Dr. Ginger was fantastic, took time, staff choosing eyewear and scheduling were kind and considerate. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sadek saved my sons life! After a routine eye exam she found his optic nerves were swollen and referred us out for further treatment. The ophthalmologist wouldn't even see us for 2 months and Dr. Sadek got us an appt for the very next morning. The ophthalmologist gave us the option to wait 3 months or have an mri and Dr. Sadek called us the next day and advised us to call our pediatrician. 3 days later we were at St. Joseph's hospital having 35 units of fluid removed from my 4 year olds brain! All because Dr. Sadek cares and followed up with us! We have thanked the Lord for sending us to her and will try to do all of his follow ups with her!

I be in this place few times, and all time I very mad, the workers in this place, all of them, no exception, don’t care about customers, you have to wait a longer time for them to be in the phone, or talking to each other, you go and ask, the answer, I can’t do that, you have to wait for them, so is like no body knows nothing, hate this place, I call my insurance to send me someplace else

Not lucky with the phone, im try a few time to schedule an appoiment and nobody answer the phone.

Excellent service, and efficient staff. I’ve been here twice now in the past two years and both times I had a great experience. If you want to waste time sitting in a waiting room or shooting the breeze, don’t go to this eye doctor because they are very busy. However if you need a quality exam without a lot of fluff, this is the place to go!

I would never come to this establishment again. I have returned four different occasions to replace my frames after the legs have fallen off each time. The fifth attempt I was told it was my prescription that was affecting the frame lol. So they gave me another pair to try and the same exact thing happened the leg fell off. The quality is of china. I say go somewhere else to spend your money. I have done my prescription and ordered my pairs from Zenni optical I say do that and save the hassle and constant upselling 😏 Look to my pictures and you’ll see what I mean. Completely came off metal clip and all smh.

My daughter has been waiting almost 2 months for her glasses that was supposed to have been ordered on Aug. 4, the day of her appointment. Today is Sep. 21 and I called to check on them just to find out that her glasses were never ordered. My daughter is blind in her left eye And was told she needed poly carbonate in them which was an additional $80 that her insurance didn't pay for which is what was supposed to have been taking so long which is what I was told the last few times I called. Never going back to this place again!

My frames broke over the weekend and Britney S. Was able to find a frame that fit my lenses, as I had to fly out of state. Thanks for saving me.
