I went to this Optical Outlet store for a routine check and came out with a very good impression. First, I made a mistake and forgot that my appointment was a day before however I was lucky enough to get one right away. The staff was super friendly and attentive, they speak both English and Spanish. I didn’t wait more that 5 minutes and they were helpful by letting me know what my insurance covered and what not. Dr Roberts was great, he gave me recommendations regarding LASIK surgery, eyeglasses and contact lenses so I could make an informed decision. I decided to go with regular eyeglasses but I appreciate all the knowledge he shared. There’s a small room to improvement because they have a limited variety of eyeglasses frames, it isn’t a big deal because I was still able to find one that fitted my needs and looked great. I would definitely recommend them and I will come back for a second check.

Had an awesome and seamless experience with Dr. Ismail and the entire staff at OO! I arrived 3 minutes late for my appointment and they accommodated me and had me in the exam room within 10 minutes or less. Everyone was very professional and helpful. All of my concerns were addressed plus some.

An office that doesn't comply with the needs of the customer.. after my son exam I asked to have his frame shipped to Davenport 2 day I get a text saying that his frame ready I called Lakeland and was told they would send here it is a week later and still being told the same lie.. now they don't know where his frames are

A place I will never go to again. Just another production line without human concern. Lots of hassle to get the correct RX, lots of hassle to get a recut, and still, even with a recut, can't see out of glasses. A waste of money and time.

If you left Optical outlets on 98 north do too the nasty staff 😩 Come back they have a new Staffing team going on And I'm Loving it 🤗 despite one person Luis his approach was too much there, they was having a conversation about my services and I asked what was going on and he started loud talking saying that I have to pay for my contacted exam after I decided to pay for my eyeglasses I didn't know I had to pay for contacts no one told me before the services then his response was (Like I was saying )I I dont respect that talk in a professional setting and i didn't get what he was saying because he was talking too loud and to rude... Everyone else kindness professional great services 👍🏾 Sending my Thank you!!
