List of Ruben D. Adriano's Reviews
Dr Adriano has cared for my mother in law during a recent visit in a rehab facility. He was fantastic and she liked him very much. We have chosen to continue using him for her future health care needs.
My husband had his second appointment with Dr. Adriano and asked to see a podiatrist for heel pain. My husband was 79 years old with diabetes. I saw the doctor's face when he turned away from my husband....his nonverbal....ROLLING HIS EYES...said all I needed to know about this doctor!!!!!!
First and last visit with this doctor! Claimed: "it's only my opinion, not a proven fact that statin drugs can cause diabetes". "if statin drugs caused diabetes the FDA would have removed them from the market" (there is a FDA warning on every statin made)
Over ther years Dr Adriano has always been ‘attentative’ to my medical needs
I'm very disappointed in this doctor's lack of follow-up methods and long term care protocols. Not only does his office not have an adequate protocol in place for when he is on vacation so that there is no discontinuity in his patient's care, but even when he is available he is callous to follow-up with the health insurance companies to perform tasks such as peer-to-peer review in a timely manner so as to get a desperately needed procedure approved promptly.
BEWARE!! ! A disgrace for the medical community. Should not be a doctor. Was sick in hospital, he came to visit , other patient and relative in room overheard his words to me...relative went directly to hospital manager. Of course I fired him!! BEWARE and remember;;; DOCTORS WORK FOR US!!! He know nothing about medical knowledge....BEWARE!!!
Very unprofessional
This doctor was the medical director at the nursing home my parent lived in. He showed no compassion for my parent or for family members. This doctor disregarded my parent when he would attempt to communicate his concerns, treating him as if he were some befuddled old man that didn't know anything. This doctor has a full practice during the day and is the medical director of facilities at night. It is apparent he is in it for the money.
While serving as my family member's attending physician at a local nursing home, this doctor showed himself to be rude and uncaring. He constantly disregarded my family member's personhood and dignity, choosing instead to repeatedly attempt to overmedicate him. However, when medication or treatment was legitimately needed, Dr. Adriano failed to help, despite repeated attempts to bring such things to his attention. This lack of treatment almost resulted in my family member being hospitalized. This doctor is greatly lacking in compassion and genuine concern. He showed a disdain for my family member and for the other patients in the nursing home.
Dr showed no concern for my pain, never made eye contact, didnt ask questions to help me and didnt let me explain issues. spent about 5 minutes with me, then didnt want to see me again for 6 months. Billed me incorrectly, and also billed me $25 for what was called "smoking cessation session"..rediculous..all he said was "quit smoking" what kind of additional charge is that worth? I consider it insurance fraud. Treats you like cattle

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
