These people have called me twice explaning and harassing me that i have a prior dui when i only had one dui and i called the dmv 3 times to verify that and the dmv explained to me i dont have any priors besides the one offense and these people are trying to make me sign up for a tier 2 and use more money that i already spent.First person that called me and apologized for the wrong information and the second person is completely lossed like of none of this was already addressed and solved this location is very unorganized and needs to be concerned about what ever system is feeding wrongful information about peoples lifetime driving records.

Hit or miss with the workers. Some of them care, are sweet, and others are hateful hags that need a new job. It's been a nightmare trying to help my teen son with some of these ladies. Zero phone skills, zero customer service, zero support, and zero supervision. The classes are a joke too. Then you will talk to someone who is beyond helpful and goes out of their way. This isn't something normal in my family and I am doing it alone. I could have used some guidance and compassion, not ignorance. I am giving it two stars because of the sweet women. As far as I can tell, this is a money machine for the county. Fee here, fee there, etc. Good luck if you are broke.
