Been calling and leaving messages to make an appointment every single day for 2 months they do not even return our phone calls. If you need a doctor look elsewhere its obvious this doctor does not care about your health.

Love my doctor but hate Palm Medical Groups handling of affairs. Can't get thru on the phone to make an appointment or to talk to anyone about anything. Even other doctors offices can't get through on the phone or get a response by submitting a fax.

Dr. Min is a great doctor, very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to get along with. Unfortunately, since Jaycare was bought/taken over by Palm Medical, the quality of his staff has gone down tremendously. No one ever answers the phone, nor do they ever reply to the messages you are forced to leave when they don't. It's with great regret that I have had to go on the search for a new one, having failed to even get hold of them to set an appointment for two weeks now.

He's a great doctor but the office staff are terrible. They never answer the phones and never return the messages you leave, no matter how urgently you explain that you need an appointment. Sadly, I've had to go looking for a new PCP.
