A very sad day. My daughter is heart broken. RIP Dr. Vereb. you are already missed by so many.

The staff is amazing & extremely helpful! Dr. Vereb is the best psychiatrist I have seen in my 8 years of experience. He is patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, & gives detailed explanations for a better understanding. He listens to you, never interrupts you, doesn’t judge. If you need a psychiatrist who truly cares, than Dr. Vereb is your guy! Not sure why the staff got so much negative feedback, they are incredibly nice & will do their best to help you. I highly recommend Dr. Vereb. 💯

My whole family have been with this amazing practice for at least 5 years. Yes, when he was still sharing office space with his father and mother, they shared Heidi as a receptionist, scheduler, etc. Now that he has his own practice he has not really changed receptionists anymore than any other (basically) new practice. You can't expect him to have a 5 star, A++++ staff right off the bat. (I personally have never experienced any difficulty with the front staff.) You cannot honestly expect the Doctor of ANY practice to return a phone call, unless it's specified to front desk staff the reason you need to speak with Doctor personally. I've worked in medical/dental offices for almost 20 years now. In the roughly 4 practices I've been employed in over the years, not one was the physician ever put directly on the phone (would you appreciate your Dr. constantly asking you to please excuse him so he could speak to a patient on the phone). I hate seeing this amazing doctor, who has worked wonders with me (very patiently and kindly) have such a low score. There are always those patients that feel themselves more important than any other patient. Just one more thing I would like to respond to as a patient that has experienced this first hand; If you have an emergency and feel the need to directly speak with the Dr. ask that a note be put on your chart for him to please call you after hours, and plan on giving some sort of explanation as to why, he WILL return your call. Dr. Vereb, (Jr.) deserves 10 stars. I would, have and will continue referring him to many friends, co-workers and family members.

This doctor is AWFUL. He thinks that my problems are more behavioral than emotional. Would I recommend this person to anyone? NO. We had to LIE to you saying we already moved. Thanks a lot. :(

What an idiot, I sent him a message and it has been over two weeks. No reply. I will stick to my counselor in Tampa Wanted to try someone close by ,but if this So proclaimed Doctor cant return a message. Why would I tie up all my money in any counseling with him. He is probably just one of those Court Appointed Pill Doctors. I warned you I have been seeing Doctors for years with good Insurance and Wealth. I should of known this by looking at the last google review.

Wonderful doctor, terrible office staff. Never have i experienced such laziness and unwillingness to help a patient or provide any type of communication or interaction outside of scheduling appointments. Heidi used to work in the office and was wonderful. Since she has left, it's deteriorated rapidly. I wish I could say it was only one office member but I've spoken with 3 different ones and they are all just as bad - the office manager once told me "I can't ask him, I'm not on that side of the office today" .... right. And you're the manager? Horrifying. Unless you can see Dr. Vereb outside of his office, I would consider going elsewhere. The stress of refills, lack of coordination and organization, constant appointment rescheduling, rude office staff, and no phone calls back is not worth the stress. Don't get me wrong - it used to be a wonderful place....not so much anymore.

Excellent. No waiting. Very personable. Very patient, really listens to your problems.
