Dr Philip is a great doctor.

Front desk staff is very rude. Doctor didn’t really listen at all to my issues. A big waste of my time and very frustrating

Waste of time for New patients. They will not give you an appointment before 3 months! Who wants to wait 3 months to see a doctor!? A very lousy medical practice.

I have waited 2 weeks for someone to call me about my blood work results that were done two weeks ago! I had them done in an outside lab and that lab has tried to send it to them three times. The doctor's office keeps saying they have not gotten them. I have even sent them myself! I tried to call several times but no one answers and when they finally do they are extremely rude and not helpful. The receptionist even hung up on me - I told them I wanted records to go to another primary physician but I couldn't get on their portal online and it said to contact the doctor's office to help me... But they couldn't. So I got frustrated and the receptionist raised her voice at me hung up on me when I was trying to tell her what I've tried already to get into the portal. Every time I go to their office someone in line in front of me is complaining about their attempts to schedule things, their appointments not getting booked right, and their records being wrong. I would not recommend this facility if you want any personalized care.

Five stars for Dr Anderson who is extremely attentive and listens to your concerns. 1 star for the staff answering the phones. The wait time on the phone waiting to make an appointment is ridiculous. It’s absurd they don’t have a better system. 15 min the first time, I was told to call back to see if they have a cancellation, second time 20 min, finally left message for a call back. Never received it, that’s unacceptable. Third time 46 minutes waiting! No lie. They have no system to put you on a wait list. Come on guys, it’s 2023, and we have modern technology. If it weren’t for the fact that I respect the doctor I would definitely seek another office.

Recently moved to the area and booked with Dr. Wittman for my 16 month daughter. She's very nice and takes her time in the appointment. I made an appointment for some concerns I had for reflux with my daughter and they worked around a lot of schedule restrictions I have to get me in as soon as possible. I grossly underestimated traffic that morning. Because I was over 15 min late the receptionist told me I'd have to reschedule - which I totally understand the policy. Being 34 weeks pregnant and knowing they previously told me I'd have to wait till January (which is when I'm due) I literally just started crying because ya know - hormones make one unreasonable. The receptionist stayed very patient with my drama and got me squeezed in with the PA so I wouldn't have to come back. All of the staff we've encountered are very nice and I strongly recommend this office.

I have received great service from Dr Matthew Anderson. He shows interest in understanding your medical history and the reasons for it. He is also very responsive.

They can be annoying to get ahold of because they are in such a giant corp tree, but the people are kind once you actually get ahold of them

What is the point of having a doctor if you can’t make an apt with any symptoms? Expect you to do a telehealth when you clearly state you think your child has strep. Last I “heard” strep requires an antiobiotic to treat and the way to find out if you have it is by swabbing the throat. How the heck do you do that through a computer screen?! My Ins doesn’t cover telehealth so their option was the ER. An apt w dr would cost $35 and now I’m paying $80 and forced to sit around a waiting room full of patients w GOD knows what, prob ACTUAL COVID patients. But hey the masks work right??

I went there for a regular check up and they wanted me to sign a release for a gynecological exam. I didn’t sign it but it scared me so much that I never want to go back.
