Says he takes insurance but when I tried to schedule I was told that they are not accepting insurance. I know this is in direct conflict with the contract that these doctors signed to be providers and credentialed with insurance companies. Should be terminated with their contracts. They only want self pay.

This is completely inaccurate. My son tried making an appointment and was told that he would not accept any commercial plans only self-pay which is actually a direct breach of contract for being credentialed in network with insurance plans. These insurance plans listed should be notified so that the contracts are dissolved.

Brian is such an amazing Doctor. He takes time to go over your questions and concerns. He is very kind and compassionate. My family is blessed to have him as our doctor.

They close from 12 to 1:30 for lunch with no option to leave a voice-mail. Don't they know that's a VERY popular time for people to call to schedule appointments and request refills? Stagger your lunch breaks at the front desk 😒

I was there on time and told I could not be seen because I had not been there a half-hour earlier - something they never asked me to do. The receptionist was unbelievably rude and with a loud voice proceeded to humiliate me in front of the patients in the waiting room for not coming earlier. I'm still flabbergasted over this experience. I am not in good health at all and had waited 2 months for this visit. They couldn't have cared less.

Horrible experience!!! I was on time and they refused to see me saying I should have been there half an hour earlier even though no one told me that when I made the appointment 2 months earlier. I told them I was not in good health and needed them to honor their appointment and the receptionist once again refused, saying in a very loud voice and humiliating me in front of all the patients in the waiting room. This a horrible place to go.

Dr. Brian Carlson and his staff are amazing. Dr. Carlson provides excellent, compassionate care with a smile and a friendly demeanor. He always takes the time to answer my questions and never dismisses my concerns as trivial. His staff is knowledgeable, caring, and upbeat. Also fun to chat with during the generally short waiting time.
