What a great doctor ! At first when I booked the appointment I didn’t know what to expect, thinking going to a surgeon I’d probably be told surgery was my only option. Dr. Napoliello went over everything in a very understandable manor and felt rather then jumping into surgery, he would rather see if we could first try to control my issues with my esophagus and stomach through medication… Go figure, a surgeon opting not to jump right into scheduling a surgical procedure. Our in depth discussion of my medical situation, with him confirming my condition, made me very comfortable that I made the right decision in selecting Dr. Napoliello. While speaking with him there was not one inclination of feeling rushed and answered every question I had without any ego, as many doctors tend have to should you question them … All I can say if surgery in the future will be needed, I’m very confident stating Dr. Napoliello will be my first choice of who I’d want to operate on me.

Dr. Napoliello and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, respectful and collaborative. They helped me solve a medical problem that I had been dealing with for over 6 months with a successful conclusion in a expeditious time period. Their collaboration with the Breast Center is outstanding and I highly recommend.

Dr. Napoliello seemed knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He explained things in layman's terms and had a warm smile. Only reason for 4 stars is he was running late...but most docs do! His front office was outstanding - especially Diana! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to all.

Dr. Napoliello was very caring and listen to evrything I had to say. He checked the area of concern and confirmed there is a problem. He talked about the steps needed to correct the problem and made me feel confident moving forward. He is a true and dedicated surgeon. He is #1 in my book!
