Dr. Sonya Zarkhin was an absolute pleasure. Her positive energy and reassuring nature were calming and so appreciated. Her sensitivity to my concerns and empathy towards the reasons for them were both genuine and refreshing. Grateful for the level of patient care. Such a beautiful soul.

Once upon a time Arsenault Dermatology was the place to go to for dermatological care but over time that has changed. They have grown too big and have lost their quality of service and excellence. There is no longer a personal feel, it is now like a mill. Our immediate and extended family use to go here but slowly over time each of us have had bad experiences and moved on. First bad experience for me was a year ago when I had a painful lump under the skin and needed to see Dr. Arsenault I was told she could see me in 1.5 months. Most recently I was pushed off to another provided because I was told Dr. Arsenault no longer sees her established patients unless 1.) it is an extreme emergency and 2.) you have been seen by another provider first and they deem that your needs warrant seeing her. I was told she is cutting back her hours which is understandable but even when I explained that I was willing to wait and happy to schedule out into next year I was told no she won't see you. So disappointing, it takes time to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with and trust. Unfortunately as this firm has grown so much that the atmosphere has changed and not for the better. Even the phone staff seem overwhelmed, in a bad mood when they pick up the phone. Sad to see this place lose its friendly atmosphere, great culture and excellent service.

It’s hard to like any doctors office but this office has the patient experience down. Everyone is super friendly. I see Dr Vo and she is fantastic. Would highly recommend.

I am sure the doctors are fine physicians, however, I pay a lot for a PPO Medicare insurance policy, and an additional $50 co-pay to see a doctor, not a physician's assistant or whatever. I have had melanoma before, and if I was OK with seeing someone other than a physician, I would have paid much less for an HMO and $0 for co-pay. When I asked about why I was assigned a physician's assistant for all future appointments, the answer was basically that the assistant was very good. If the physician's assistant is just as good as the doctor, then I need another doctor. IMO, not for me.

I had Mohs surgery at Arsenault Dermatology by Dr. Sonya Zarkhin and I couldn't be happier! She was very professional, kind, and thorough. And unlike some she removed all the cancer the first time and did a fantastic job of closing the insesion. Maybe she has training in plastic surgery 🤔...

Arsenault Dermatology is the best. Everyone is friendly, kind. They take their time, answer all questions. The spa is the best. Melissa Beachy is awesome!!!

I recently went for my yearly checkup. Dr. Arsenault saw a spot on my eyelid. She sent me to a specialist to have it examined.I was sure that it was nothing and almost didn't go. He removed the growth and sent it out. I went for the results today. He told me that I was so lucky that she sent me because it was cancer. I have always had an excellent experience with this Dr. and her staff. I just wanted to thank her publicly.

Arsenault Dermatology is fantastic. I’ve worked with many dermatologists over my life and this has been my best experience, by far. Dr. Ellis is kind, empathetic, and always personally involved—even administering injections I receive every 3 months that have typically been given to me by nurses in the past. She truly cares and you can tell. Adriana, who manages the biologics program, is an A+ medical professional. She communicates early and often, never leaving me to guess or worry. The staff—in general—is professional, respectful, interactive, and easy to connect with.

I moved from PA to FL almost two years ago and Arsenault Dermatology has been my go to for my skin cancer checkups and several surgical procedures.  The staff is super friendly, kind and compassionate. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment . Dr. Ellis is amazing and also Christina the PA is great too!!  Kudos to Manana, Ashley and Ashlyn for their help as well.

The Dr. was 45 minutes behind schedule, but it was worth the wait. The office has all the latest bells and whistles. The staff is super nice. Dr. Arsenault shared her expertise and gladly educated me on my condition. I didn't feel rushed like I have with other physicians.
