Excellent doctor but a horrible practice. After using her for 8 years they no longer took our major insurance (PPO plan) leaving my daughter in the lurch for kindergarten vaccinations. Then they have been slow walking sending the medical records so I could go to a practice that takes my insurance.
We’ve been coming up to Dr. Keeley for almost two years now and have loved our experience! We can always get seen even if it’s by the PA, and will bring our next child to this office as well. Definitely recommend!
Worst Doctor ever. She told my daughter who was in excruciating pain she could be seen that day but she would have to wait 2 and a half hours. This is after calling the office and them telling us she could be seen right away. She decided to wait in the office. When they finally took her in two hours later they had her wait another half hour in the room. When she finally came in she took one look at her and said it was one of the worst infections she had ever seen and that she needed to go directly to the emergency room because she might not make it through the weekend. The ER told her she just needed antibiotics and that there was absolutely no reason what so ever she needed to be seen in an emergency room.
We love Dr. Keeley. She has been taking care of my son since he was born. I completely trust her and we know we are in good hands with her.
Dr Keely seems to enjoy well patient visits , but if your child has sudden illness and you need to see her, forget it. She refers sick children to urgent care. Wth? It is like a dentist who never wants to see a cavity. She is nice about it I must say….with a smiling face she will avoid the sick child and have u visit urgent care instead
I'm very happy with Dr Keeley, we have been seeing her for 7 years since my oldest was born. She is very kind and gentle, and she personally called me when my baby had covid. My boys are comfortable with her and know her but I am beyond frustrated and angry with their lack of availability to get us in for a sick visit. This has happened multiple times. I called 40 min after opening and she says right away, "we don't have any appointments available for today. You can either make an appointment for tomorrow or have a nurse call you." I said ok I'll make an appointment for tomorrow, then she tells me "oh we don't pre-book, you'll have to call tomorrow. " yeah and what happens if there's no appointments then too? Silence. I'm fed up. This is ridiculous. I don't want to switch offices but that might just be what I do. I get that well visits are your focus but that can't be all you do. Guess I will be taking my kids to an urgent care to get them the help they need today.
Dr. Keeley is always friendly and professional, along with Dr, Tavares. Sometimes the front office staff could be more professional at times but other than that we can always get our child seen. Dr. Keeley has been with us since birth!
Dr Keely has been seeing my son since he was a baby. She has always been so kind and helpful. She always listens and offers referral or further testing when needed. We are very grateful we found such a caring doctor. The front desk hasn’t been as helpful, so we have been disappointed there. But Dr Keely is wonderful.
We love Dr. Keeley!! My kids love going to see her . We haven't been to her in a while, only because The kiddos are super healthy and haven't needed a visit ;)
Dr. Keeley discriminates against children who are not fully vaccinated. My child has most vaccines, but there are some I choose not to do, hep A, hep B and chicken pox. Dr. Keeley will not see her because of this. I work in the medical field and parents should have the right to decline vaccines. My child cannot get the care she deserves because of this. Parents are being bullied into doing vaccines.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
