The place has very nice decorations and plenty of things for children, but the staff didn’t seem very friendly with them. I also don’t feel they are prepared to be inclusive with patients who have special needs. I understand this can be challenging, but it would be much more professional if they trained and prepared to better accommodate these patients and give them a more positive experience.

My son always has a great experience here. It's a bit of a drive for us but completely worth it. Staff is very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Dr. Bui and the staff at Little Town Smiles. We moved to FL 3 years ago, and have been taking our 4 kids here ever since (well, our 14 year old was recently promoted to an adult dentist or else she would still be visiting Dr. Bui). Dr. Bui is kind, welcoming, conservative, and gentle. She kept a watchful eye on my 5 year old son’s cavity for a year. When it was time to fill it, she was incredibly patient with him, sang songs to him, had the coolest stories to share while she was filling it, and within a few moments he was out of the chair with a big smile. I was able to sit next to him and hold his hand, even though he truly didn’t need it because while she is a professional, she is also a mother and has a calming, and warm presence. Our visits are always joy filled, fun and a very sweet experience. Their office is spectacular, super clean and inviting with lots of books, games and cool cars for little ones to sit in while they wait. Dr. Bui and the staff at Little Town Smiles go above and beyond to ensure your children are comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Dr. Bui and Little Town Smiles.

My kids don’t go here anymore due to our insurance but wanted to leave a review because I miss them! Awesome staff all around. I miss you guys, my kid miss you guys! Hi Marguerite I hope you are all well! Hopefully we will get a different insurance soon and return.

A girlfriend recommended Little Town Smiles and I couldn't be happier. The staff was very welcoming and absolutely wonderful with my 3 year old. It was scary for her, but they worked with her and were so patient. The office is super clean, beautiful, and very kid friendly. They also gave her an awesome Unicorn Bubble Stick (literally makes the biggest bubbles I've ever seen) and a coin to get a prize. She was beyond happy to say the least! I highly recommend them!!

We’ve had nothing but great experiences here! All of the staff are so warm and friendly, they get us in and out quickly, and my toddler has no fear around going to the dentist thanks to them. I would highly recommend them!

Been taking my two kids to Dr. Bui since they've had teeth she is the absolute best and the kids love her! The office itself is so adorable and inviting and the staff is even better. Patient care is fantastic I would absolutely recommend Little Town smiles to anyone with little ones who need a enthusiastic and caring Dr.
