I receive exceptional treatment whenever I go to Florida Cancer Specialists, Dr. Miguel Palayo's office. From the moment I enter the reception room to the office where I speak to either Dr Pelayo or the NP. Going to the infusion room is no different. All the nurses are kind, caring, and very skilled at what they do. Whenever I have questions they go above & beyond to get an answer for me. I feel I am in such good hands & so fortunate to have Dr. Pelayo as my Oncologist.

Checkin didn't find my appointment right away, as I fiddled with my phone to show her. The young lady that did the workup, kind, and professional. I was to see Dr.Pelayo, but to my surprise it was his assistant, not him. I have only seen him once in my years with you. She was thorough in asking important questions. But no hands on, not even a breast exam when I said occasionally I still get pain in my right breast. I didn't feel rushed through the appointment. I so enjoyed the checkout attendant, very personable.

The staff at FL Cancer Specialists are excellent. From Dr. Pelayo, to the nurse practitioners, to the office staff, they answer your questions and provide exceptional care.
