Saska Sookra Winslow's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Winslow is a great medical doctor.

So, I am 71 yrs old, and have never had a primary care physician prior to Dr. Winslow. I LOVED how she addressed all of my health issues in very forth coming and candid fashion. She was very easy to speak with and relate to. My health had not been good, but I am now on my way to being a healthier me, because of her. Also, I found Victoria, at the front desk, extremely delightful. I read one of the reviewers referred to her as being rude... Believe me, that is so far from the truth, I can't imagine what kind of person would say such a thing about this very polite and courteous girl.

Great doctor and resident love them! Great conversation she took her time on everything and answered all questions. Victoria at the front office is unprofessional and rude. It makes me honestly rethink going back to this clinic. It is uninviting for newer patients with questions of all kinds being met with attitude first thing through the front door. I understand that you may not need new patients and probably can be very picky when it comes to your clientele. However I do suggest front office staff that is more welcoming.

Dr Winslow is very thorough and really listens to you. I would highly recommend her.

Unprofessional. I rated my office visit experience per the organization/physician's request and was punished for it. I rated the visit a 3 out of a 10 for a 40-minute wait time in the exam room without any acknowledgment. Dr. Winslow terminated my care. "Other patients have more complex issues" was the excuse I was given after my rating.

She does not follow through on her recommendations and does not return phone calls after leaving a message. She also gets agitated if you ask questions challenging her stance on medications/shots.

To put my review in perspective, I have lived in 9 countries, 5 states, and 5 cities within Florida; and as a result - have had over 20 doctors minimum. Two I had for 5+ years each, and I can say with 100% certainty that within a couple of months I feel more comfortable with Dr. Winslow than any other doctor. She is exceptionally caring, compassionate, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, wise, thorough, well-humored, and professionally personable. Additionally, she responds to messages in a prompt and efficient manner, is a great listener, a gifted encourager, an excellent problem solver and effective communicator. By that I mean she clearly explains test results and gives concise instructions for any changes in treatment. It is apparent that patients are not just another number… I know she truly cares about my health and over-all well-being. Needless to say, she has my highest recommendation!

She's kind and caring. She listens and cares about how I'm feeling. And does all she can to help.

Outstanding care, staff. I feel blessed that I found Dr.Winslow for a Primary care physician.
