Amazing facility, friendly staff, clean and welcoming. We came in yesterday with our 7 yr old with a respiratory infection. Dr. Bakus was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I especially love that they also offer a homeopathic approach depending on the care you need. Susan, the office manager was nice and welcoming as well. We started treatment for my son immediately and was so much better the next day. Will definitely be back next time our son or any of us need medical care.

I went here about a week ago with a terribly sore throat and all over just feeling sick. The staff here were fast, efficient and so kind. I'm very glad that I found this place and that they were able to get me diagnosed and get me out the doors quickly as they did. I am feeling so much better! Thank you so much to this amazing team!

The facilities are nice, nurse practitioner very thorough however, the antibiotics prescribed didn’t take care of the problem. Trying to communicate via phone to get a new prescription has been very frustrating. Seems you’re only important if you appear in the office. We first called at 8 am now three pm and still no action. I’ve called four times today and requested for the dr to call the prescription in. Apparently they are too busy. We won’t be going here again.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. They are absolutely amazing. The facility and staff are amazing. I came in from out of state and saw Dr. Backus and I’m glad I did. She is extremely knowledgeable welcoming and caring. Thank you for taking care of me. I most certainly will be back

Dr. Bakus provided excellent care during my visit and the entire staff was friendly and professional. She really takes the time to understand your health complaints and explain treatment options, including holistic approaches, which is great. I received acupuncture treatment from her and felt comfortable and relaxed! The waiting room and exam rooms were also very clean - I highly recommend coming here!

My husband and I recently moved to Florida, and I was faced with some medical issues and was recommended Suncoast wellness center. The staff greeted me in such a friendly manner. My health issues caused me to go through a variety of tests and scans. Dr. Bakus immediately comforted me, was an advocate for me to receive my scan results promptly, and went above and beyond with phone calls, sharing the results of my tests and scans way past business hours. This meant the world to me that a doctor would show such empathy for me when faced with a health scare. I am so blessed by the professional and warm relationship with Dr. Bakus. I am incredibly thankful for her and the staff at Suncoast.
