Every time I need to go to the Center For Urgent Care in Lakewood Ranch I am pleased with the service I get. Today I went in as I have flu like symptoms. The wait was short even though there were other patients in the waiting room. I was escorted to an exam room and the nurse asked me why I was there, took my vitals, and went through my medications. I told her I wanted to get a Covid test and she left & came back shortly with a combined Covid & Flu test swab. In 20 minutes I found out that my tests were negative. Soon afterwards the doctor came in and performed a short physical exam. He could hear “wheezing” in my lungs and suggested an X-Ray. I agreed and shortly thereafter was escorted to the X-Ray/CT Scan room. Back in the exam room I was visited by the doctor who explained that the X-Ray showed a dense spot on my right lung suggesting the start of pneumonia.

The Center for Urgent Care provided my child with A+ care. The wait was minimal, the staff was efficient, kind, caring, and gentle. Mandy and Derek took great care of us, and with their treatment plan my daughter was feeling so much better with in 24 hours. They called to check on us the following day and provided follow up to pending test results. I would highly recommend The Center for Urgent Care.

Personally I love my doctor because I've been coming here for over 8 years. My husband's doctor at the same location isn't bad either, but he is definitely "prescription happy" when a simple diet and lifestyle change is the actual solution. Anyway, in these 8+ years I have been billed wrong no less than 5 times for, "in-network, 100% covered, Primary Care". Funny enough, the amounts are always small that most people just go ahead and pay. But they are getting more and more egregious when it comes to BILLING, so BEWARE!

The staff are friendly, timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. The medical team listens , provides treatment, and even calls to see how everything is working out. I have needed treatment for two issues and am 100% satisfied. I'd still be waiting for my primary care doctor.

Wish to express we highly recommend this urgent care and ER facility. Visited for upper respiratory issues yesterday and the entire staff was amazing. Great care they were all extremely nice, very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and all very caring. From check in to check out everyone was kind. Lisa the PA was so knowledgeable. The X ray tech was kind caring and the front office was the same way. Never going to a different quick care ER facility. They treated us so special . We really felt treated with care, compassion and kindness.

This urgent care is always top notch. The nurses and doctors have a great "bedside" manner. They are genuine, compassionate, kind, and always go out of their way to ensure you get a treatment plan to make you feel better. I'm really grateful I have such a reliable place to go when I'm sick.

I can't say enough wonderful things about The Center for Urgent Care! My son Ethan and I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. We were seen quickly, and the care we received was top-notch. The staff gave us everything we needed to ensure our health and recovery. Everyone we encountered was professional and exceptionally friendly, making a potentially stressful visit so much easier. The team clearly cares about their patients, and it shows in their kindness and efficiency. I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone needing prompt, compassionate, and quality care. They truly exceeded my expectations, and on behalf of my son, I’m so grateful for their help!
