Beware. Check your bill closely. Dr. Pusateri was not available so they had me see Dr. Shepos. Dr. Shepos is not an opthalmologist but they billed me for an opthalmologist visit anyway. On top of that they billed me as a new patient even though I have seen Dr. Pusateri before. Completely contrary to the AAPC guidelines. I dont become a new patient when the practice adds a new Dr. Scammers

Usually Ive had great experiences at the Dermatology office at this location but this morning was definitely a different experience. Weeks ago I had a regular dermatologist appointment in which the doctor recommended using the inoffice aesthetician to help with acne scarring and small bumps on my forehead. The nurse then said coincidentally the aesthetician was there right then and she could take a look at my face and let me know about pricing. I was also told to text her when I wanted to set up an appointment.Once home I set up an appointment via text like I was initially told to do. I luckily followed up yesterday to verify the same time and location. This morning when I arrived the aesthetician let me know she did not put me in her book like she usually does and because she lives far away it was a good thing I texted or it seems she probably wouldnt have been there at 8 AM. She also said oh shit I have an appointment at 915 too. Upon entering the room she asked what was I here for. I explained what I thought we had initially talked about again and she said OK. After getting started I reminded her that the doctor said this would help with acne scarring and the bumps on my forehead. At that time she told me that this actually does not help at all with scarring. I told her that she definitely needs to speak to the doctor about this because its  a major miscommunication as this was the main reason that I came in for the facialThe extraction portion of the facial was very painful but I understand that as part of clearing out the pores. Near the end of the facial she asked if I would like the included neck and arm massage. The problem was she had already put a mask on my face and then told me to change into the terry cloth robe. This made it a little more challenging to get my shirt over my face. I wouldve preferred if she asked me to change into that at the beginning of the procedure She then asked if I would like to go under the covers Which again wouldve been ideal at the beginning I said sure but she used her wet hand that she had just washed to pull the blankets down so then the sheets were wet. She did give a great neck and arm massage finished my facial by wiping the mask off and adding other products and then I was complete.When I went to go pay the front desk told me that the total would be $95. I felt that when we initially spoke at my appointment it was only supposed to be 75 so she went and found the aesthetician for clarification. The aesthetician said she always charges $95 for a first time facials so that I was incorrect that it should be $75. I didnt necessarily agree with it but obviously I already had the procedure so I paid. The office staff then said that usually people would add a tip for the service. Ive been to many spas and I definitely leave a tip for these types of services however the fact that I was at my doctors office make this seem a bit odd. The office staff informed me that actually this is a separate service I just wish they wouldve made that more clear initially. Overall this whole process seems like the office itself was very unorganized and there was a lot of miscommunication. I would not recommend using the inhouse aesthetician located at this dermatology office.

Very nice staff and clean atmosphere. They do respect the patient’s time. I saw Doctor Daniel Reichmuth. He is superb. He explains very well. He also gives time to make sure you really understand everything. This is the first time In my life I saw a doctor gives so much attention to his patient. Very much satisfied.

So called two separate times to confirm appointment. A few days ago and then day of to see if someone cancelled so I can come in earlier then my 130 appt. I was told no but arrive 15 minutes before for paperwork. As requested I arrived at 115. 3 people arrived after me and all got seen. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer and she told me the dr has other patients too. I then said that my appointment was at 130 it is now 2 pm. She said she had me down for 2. I the. Explained that I called two other times to confirm including that morning and she said she has me for 2 and walked away. I was so upset she walked away and didn’t care what I was saying.It is now 250 and I’m still waiting to see the dr. As a new patient this does not make me want to keep coming here. My time obviously means nothing and I can understand I walked in and didn’t have an appointment or had a big reason to be here but for a basic physical this is completely unacceptable.

The place looked n felt old their machines were very old n not up to todays technology however the tech was knowledgable but staff not friendly

I am so happy with my new primary care doctor. The place is clean well organized and patient oriented.

Wanda in the lab at the Land O Lakes location is amazing She is so nice and does such a good job taking my blood with my tiny veins she gets it every time
