Incompetent, Inept Found out over a week ago when I went to my pharmacy to pick up a renewable, daily maintenance drug that the prescription had expired with the last refill. Eight days later after the pharmacy contacted the office twice, after two phone calls be me (having actually talked to live human beings) plus several times of me contacting them via their patient web portal the prescription still has not been reactivated. This, after being assured on the phone twice that it would be. IF THIS CORPORATE MEDICAL PRACTICE CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO MANAGE MY PRESCRIPTION HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLE BE REPLIED UPON TO MANAGE MY HEALTH? I recommend finding a private practice and staying away from corporate medical providers.
The staff here is terrible. I was mischarged an office visit in august of last year and I am still receiving bills to this day. I call the office and a grouchy lady will answer and tell me to call billing. Billing then tells me I need to call the office. Iâ€™ve explained my story to at least 13 different women at the office over the course of the year and still no one has addressed my problem. They say someone will call me back and they never do. Take your business elsewhere.
They NEVER answer their phones. Drive there, they claimed to know about this. Never fixed it. Don't bother going there. Also waited way too long to see Dr. Szell for my scheduled appointment. And her diagnosis of wanting me to have a hysterectomy before she could fix the other part was disagreed upon by the gynecologist.
