Ali Zahrai's Online Review Report Card

After almost a year of pain and discomfort diagnosed as sciatica by my GP it took only 1 visit to Dr. Zahrai for him to discover it was a sacroiliac issue. He laid out my treatment plan both professionally and personably. He and his staff were efficient and I never waited more than a few minutes at any appointment. Best of all I am now pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Zahrai and his team!!

I can't tell you how much Dr.Zahrai has helped me with my spondylolisthesis. He's a great listener and pays attention more than any doctor I have been to.

I had experienced back pain from my degenerating discs for a few years not knowing anything could be done. I went to Dr Zahrai with my mri and he said he could make my back feel better. He did the procedure and not only fixed my back but I was walking better and my balance was better. Thank you Dr Zahrai for helping me.

I was hospitalized in a wheelchair and misdiagnosed with hip pain. I ended up at Alexander Orthopaedic and quickly diagnosed with lower back severe sciatica and lumbar stenosis. And this same day in 4/6/2021 an MRI and xrays were completed there on site. I couldn’t walk. The next day I met with Dr. Zahrai and over the course of time Dr. Zahrai treated me negating surgery performing in office epidurals, therapy, etc. Today I am healthy, back on my feet and totally mobile. I credit Dr. Zahrai and the staff at Alexander Orthopaedic. And I thank Dr. Zahrai for listening to me and making sound decisions toward my progress. Surgery was not his primary goal. Thank-you Dr. Zahrai.

Dr Zahrai is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my procedure.

This doctor is horrible. He doesn’t care about his patients. He is very rude and nasty. During my visit he said didn’t I just see you last month. It had just been a week ago. I began to express my pain level and explain to him what I’m unable to do because of my injuries. He actually rolled his eyes then got so mad he got up and walked out. I was in shock couldn’t believe he treated me that way. He’s the type of doctor that just wants to walk in and out charging your insurance for a 2 minute visit. He shouldn’t be practicing. He is a cold hearted man

No bed side manners. Very uncaring, asked me to bend my ankles and said good. The doctor said quit smoking and come see me in a year and I will screw your back because you are going to be in a wheelchair. Oh please if you have serious problems don't go to this doctor, I feel shame on him.

I want to thank Dr. Zahrai and the staff at Alexander Orthopedic. What impressed me most was that Dr. Zahrai explained in detail and in very clear and understandable terminology the results from my Xray and MRI. I could tell that he is compassionate and truly cares about his patients well being. He has since called me several times at home to follow up on my healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Zahrai. Thank you again.

I have seen Ali for over a year in regards to my lumbar pain, just to get worse. I’m 24 and I haven’t been able to grocery shop for myself, or feed my dogs in over a year because Ali believes since I am not bleeding that nothing is wrong with me. He is extremely impatient, I can say with confidence he has never stayed in the room for more than 2 minutes. He walked out of the room yesterday as I was still talking trying to tell him my symptoms, poor girl he was training looked so confused. I have symptoms and pain he is unaware of because he let wont let me finish my sentence. Sorry excuse of a man has made 20k off me but has done nothing but roll his eyes as I continue to get into worse condition. He even stated I shouldn’t return to Physical Therapy because he disagrees with what they said. He said they are wrong, he’s right and even though I’ve been measured on over 15 occasions by two different facilities I must’ve just been tilted each time because that would make him right.

I’ve had the best experience with Dr Zahrai and the Alexander Orthopaedic team. I have a herniated disc that caused me a lot of pain over the past couple of years. Rather than jump into serious back surgery, Dr Zahrai recommended Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA). I had this procedure and it has helped immensely. I’m so thankful for my decision to work with Dr. Zahrai. I highly recommend him for your Orthopedic needs.
