The worst run office I’ve ever seen. My hip still kills me and the doctors office was a disaster never having the appointment time or responding. When you do get aholold of them you get a lot of attitude and never get what you need including imagining results. Dr shulman is arrogant and told me I was fine but had excruciating pain. I had two surgeries with her bc the first one she didn’t solve the issue and clearly didn’t take care of all the vertebrae that I was having issues with. Only a few months after the second surgery I am already having the same exact hip issues. I will never be going back to her but everyone should know that if you want to get better you should look elsewhere.

My appointment got cancelled without any coordination. I was waiting for 4 weeks to see neurosurgeon and now 2 days prior to appointment it got cancelled. I provide all needed information, my PCP fax the referral and I drive to Largo to drop my disks to Dr. Narotam office. I spend so much time to provide all what was asked. Such a waist of time.

Just wanted to add that he is now 1 year post surgery and his results were life changing. This Dr and her Team are the Best. We are truly grateful to have them

Waited 6 months to see her. Dropped off MRI to her. Office visit day wait another 45 minutes. To finally see why i cant feel my Legs. For her to say i cant do nothing for you. There is the door. Then i get a call 6 months later looking for additional $24. Telling me its in collections already.. get real

The staff is very respectful and helpful

Dr Shulman, fixed what no one else could.. I suffered for over 20 years with nerve damage. She fixed me in minutes and I walked out that day. She is a blessing. Thanks you Dr and your staff. You saved one here.. Don't hesitate to call her.

My Husband who recently had back surgery with Dr Shulman says to tell anyone who will listen that "She is one of the Best Drs I've ever had. Her surgery saved my mobility. She was the only Dr after 5 or 6 of them that diagnosed correctly what was wrong with me and how serious it was, not just a sore back and more shots. You never hear good results from back surgeries, Well I'm here to tell you I've had very good results and recommend Dr Shulman and her Team"

1 out of 5 , My husband had surgery in July 2016, Our first visit was caring, once we signed papers, it was different, she came out after surgery and told me he game me a run for my money and I nipped his spinal cord. When went back she treated my husband like garbage, kept on wanting to give him pain meds. Then he said he had no feeling from his groin to his foot, still 6 years and still has drop foot. I am amazed she’s still working. We tried to sue her, due to all the things he went and still is going through. She’s untouchable. Glad some had a good experience , but the things she said in front of her staff and nothing happened. Shameful!! Dropfoot !

This is if you're considering being an employee or a patient.The Administrator of the office is a nightmare. He has been seen pointing fingers in patients faces, calling them liars and slamming his door after having a tantrum.He speaks poorly of his employees when they're not around and watches them on the cameras constantly. The micromanaging never ends. His condescension and ignorance is unacceptable. He judges all Medicaid people, talking about how they're lazy and wants to make sure the office does not accept anymore Medicaid patients. He states about them, that if they can afford a tattoo, they have no right being on Medicaid. The most backwards thinking manchild I've ever encountered.What I can say is that the back office staff is INCREDIBLE. Dr. Shulman is a surgical genius as is Dr. Narotam. The RN and medical assistants are brilliant and kind and hard working. The nurse practitioner is a saint and so smart and sweet. As a former employee, I was so grateful to be working with such an amazing staff. However the Billing "Manager" and Office Administrator are what makes this place absolutely terrible. They are "buddy buddy" and leave early to go play tennis together. The Billing Manager comes and goes as he pleases and when he had Covid, none of the staff were informed. The (childish) Administrator clearly has a favorite who gets away with everything, but every one else in the office is constantly on watch.The practice has been through at least 25 employees just in 2021, if you need any proof that this place is a disaster to work for. Being a patient of the Dr's is fine. Dealing with the back office staff is WONDERFUL! But if you are on here looking for a review from a former employee, be aware that you do not want to work here.

I made an appointment on May 10 for June 17, praying it would get here soon and my back would hold out without the excruciating pain I've had for 3 years. 3 days before the appointment, I received a text they didn't get the auth from my primary. Primary said it wasn't needed and called Shulman. Today, the day before my appointment. I received a call that they still didn't have the auth and my appointmentwas canceled. After a 10 minute hold, she suddenly found the answer and, no auth needed, except I couldn't be seen because Shulman had "emergency" surgery tomorrow afternoon. Wouldn't sn emergency be today's surgery? Then, the next excuse was that I didn't have an up to date MRI. Shouldn't that have been addressed BEFORE the appointment was made?? Oh, yes, it was!! I was told she would order one! I think there's alot of lying going on here.
