List of Christina Rigas's Reviews
Dr. Rigas is an excellent Dr. She is a rare breed and actually listens to you. She referred me to doctors I need and her bedside manner is the best. Although, I rarely see her now it has been a joy to see her each and every time. Thank you doctor Rigas for the care you give.
One hand has no clue what the other is doing in her office. Repeated attempts to coordinate a specialty medication shot in their office resulted in me making three different appointments to get one shot and each time, the shot was not there. I have not even been under her care for a year (only seen her once) and am looking for a new pulmonologist who is organized and able to provide consistent care that has been prescribed for me. This office is not it. If you are looking for quality care, search somewhere else.
This is my girlfriends doctor and has been dealing with her for a little every time she needs to get her medication refilled it's always like pulling a tooth from a tiger she's very unprofessional regarding the timing of medication refills and getting it sent into the she lacks professionalism and empathy for her and it's that my girlfriend cannot get her medication in a timely manner with her time and time again I would never recommend her
Had an appointment waited 2 months , then they cancelled it said she was to busy wanted me to reschedule but I would have to wait another 3 months . Guess she don’t need new patients
I’ve been seeing Dr Rigas for a few years and while she is a great doctor during our visits, her staff is not helpful, do not return calls, and do not assist in troubleshooting challenges with suppliers. The only way to get a response is on the Diagnostic Clinic app, as a live person is virtually impossible.
My husband and I go to Dr. Rigas since we use CPAC machines. She is pleasant and helpful, knows what she is doing and on top of the treatment. We cannot ask for a better provider.
When you can't breathe this is who you want to help you . She is the BEST !
Dr. Rigas is what you would want in a doctor. I have been fortunate enough to be a patient of hers for more than a decade now. She goes the extra mile to see that my needs are taken of. I don't often give out reviews but I feel compelled to tell others. I do recommend her to others when I have the opportunity.
The person who is responsible for forms and other things NEVER follow through plus they rarely answer their phone going on 3 months for them to sign an ADA Accommodation form for my son and everytime we call it’s something different. I believe I will call the ADA to see what our next step should be it’s ridiculous. How can you be so bad at your job and still have one. The dr is good but she will lose patients if this continues
New Patient - First Visit Staff was very kind and professional. Dr. Rigas explained everything with me. She was very thorough and professional. She made me feel at ease. She didn't rush her time with me. Her staff were exceptional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
