This office is extremely unprofessional my first appointment was set for December of 2022 my appointment was rescheduled 3 times. They said the Dr wasn’t available due to training another time they told me they are installing a new system. When I called to confirm my appointment for 8/21/23 they told me I would be seeing a nurse practitioner. They called back telling me my appointment was canceled because they are no longer taking United Healthcare they strung me along for almost 9 months all I wanted was a physical. I think they could of told me sooner that they would not be taking new patients.

I've been a patient for 3 years. Loved this Dr. No more. I called because my health has not been great. Blood pressure higher, much more. They don't care. Won't see me for 4 months. Unprofessional since they got a call center. The call center will not answer phone. Based in Miami. Very scetchy. Never a car in parking lot but can't get in . Dr office will not answer. I don't want this call center to have my personal info. Be careful

Lately, too busy for his patients. Thier Call Center keeps canceling appointments. Can never talk to anyone at main office.

pretty upset that 3 weeks before my scheduled visit the call center called me to cancel my appointment and said nothing available till SEPT!! was informed that the dr is now taking 2 weeks off in may, June and July. SO now anyone who had appointments have to just deal with it. Dr Patterson is much better than this so this is very disappointing

I never actually saw the doctor. I called in January 2023 and the first available appointment was April 14, 2023. Today the office called to reschedule my appointment to July 11, 2023. That is 7 months!! Just to see the doctor to find out if he would be a good fit for my family. Clearly he is NOT. He should probably say he is not seeing new patients because clearly he does not have time.
