Dr judd is by far one of the worst Dr I've ever experienced.. I had throat cancer now from all the scar tissue I'm having seizures been in to Dr judd about 10 times for the same thing and he still thinks I'm not having seizure.. front office is amazing but as for the Dr there I don't recommend this place to anyone with medical issues.. Dr judd you should be ashamed of yourself.. I don't know where you went to school but u need to go back..

I am VERY happy with my primary care provider and his staff, but I am not pleased at all with ClareMedica. First they cold-call us and ask all kinds of intrusive questions, including asking about our Medicare insurance. We are both patients and they should know full well what insurance we have. NOW they’ve given our name and phone number to an insurance broker who is contacting us and trying to sell us supplemental insurance we do not need and already have. This is extremely unprofessional. Here is a portion of the message we just received: “Good morning <our names> ClareMedica gave me your phone#. If you are getting your Medicare. I am Agent-Broker and work with all the health plans in Florida. If you need a plan or to renew your Health Plan, let me know. I can help you understand your Medicare Benefits. Thank you, Claudia Chao Agent-Broker Health Plans”

No complaints with Mrs. Dr Judd. I like her a lot! And, My husband really likes her husband, Dr.Judd. We are both very happy. Same with the staff.

MIRIAM GUERRA OTERO I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by Miriam for several years. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is empathetic and really takes the time to understand her patience's needs. I have been having several health issues and I don't know how I would've made it through without her. I highly recommend MIRIAM GUERRA OTERO! I would also like to mention how wonderful the staff is. Everyone there was so accommodating and I felt very supported.

Completely new staff. This is not run by the Howards any longer and the reduced quality of service and care shows.

Had been registered here for about 20 years. Dr Patterson and Dr Howard were awesome! Since the change to ClareMedica we have experienced the same level of service as everyone who has posted a one star review. Have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a prescription refilled without success and my husband is now without medication. When they bother to answer the phone, they are unhelpful and rude.

Horrible place, horrible staff, they can't keep a doctor more than a year and they won't refill your prescription if the doctor you saw is no longer there, they force you to come see a doctor that has 2 star review. I greatly regret ever setting foot in this place.

Palm Beach Gardens office Staff is RUDE, apparently, they find a lot of humor in their patients! Not very nice! Stay Away!

Ok with Dx clinic closing I have to find a new PCP. Now granted, I wasn't impressed with DX clinic anyway. Reading the reviews to see if I should switch to here gives me pause. I rarely need to see my PCP anyway and they do labs there so that is convenient enough for me to try them, I have specialists for the rest.The corporations are taking over everywhere. Medical care just isn't ever going to be the way we have always known it.
