Dr. Penello is fantastic I saw him for a second opinion for my wrist fracture and he had me in surgery the next day. He is skilled knowledgeable personable and should be your first choice for wristhand injuries. I cant say enough good things about him the staff and my experience at Alexander Orthopedics

Went to this “hand specialist”. Don’t waste your time He never ever touched my hand. He sent me for an mri and could not determine why I have severe pain. Gave him 3 times before I fired him. What a waste of my time.

Dr Penello fixed my injured wrist and it was pain free from day one. Its been 5 years still doing great. Kind doctor caring and excellent in his field. Highly recommend.

Dr Penello did an amazing job with my wrist surgery. He and his staff are very experienced professional and friendly. I was able to get up to 80% after 10 weeks from my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Penello to anybody who needs an orthopedic surgeon.

Been there since I broke my elbow and is there to answer any and all questions. Got me to be able to do my job as a diesel mechanic. He is the best orthopedic Dr that I have dealt with. Can not thank him enough for what he has done for me. Would recommend him to anyone.

I can only surmise that the one star reviews one without any comment attached and one illustrating a possible case of “lost in translation” were submitted for no good reason. I lived in a foreign country whose language I was not conversant in and experienced many difficulties understanding and being understood. Because of them I feel I must speak out about my positive experience.Dr. Penello operated on both my hands and has given me back 100% use of them. Prior to my surgeries I could not manage bicycle riding or writing longhand to use scissors or open bottles or jars among many other day to day functions. I was in excruciating pain and my grip strength was rapidly weakening. Dr. Penello explained the surgical procedures thoroughly answered my questions completely and followed up afterwards until he was sure all was good and that I was satisfied. He used cutting edge surgical techniques and is obviously a skilled surgeon. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know who suffers from pain and or problems with their hands or wrists. I am forever grateful that he was my surgeon.
