My first visit was May 10th. Signing in with Cynthia was straightforward and no problem. The blonde girl who took my vitals did not introduce herself and was rude. When she took my blood pressure it was high imagine that, I was riled up at that point. The doctor was friendly and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I set up an appointment for future lab work etc. I'm in basic good health so the office visit was short and Julie the staff member who checked me out was friendly. Should have took my blood pressure at that point.I am my own health advocate and try to stay in the best shape possible so this office most likely will work for me. Hopefully they'll work on their politeness and patient relations. One can only hope and maybe I will add a star accordingly. Thanks

Horrible!!!! Horrible! The staff is so careless! And ignorant. Got told twice that I would receive a call back, and never received a call back. Every time I call back they say please hold. They never picked up the phone just left me on hold. Do not come here.

Is not clear regarding a diagnosis or is often incorrect or mistaken. Treats you as a person he has to see to make a living instead of giving you a sense he cares about your well-being as a patient who depends upon him.

Dr Collins has been seeing an elderly relative of mine for years. He is a terrible doctor - arrogant conceited - and honestly, just plain stupid! He constantly worries about money and how much she’s going to pay, or the insurance pays, guess what - her doctor visits pay his salary!! Anytime there is a medical concern he just dismissively writes it off! One time he told my relative that she needed to see a psychiatrist because she wanted a test, which I might add, turned out to be a broken hip! another time he FELT of her back and disregarded her, turns out she had a FRACTURED back!! terrible doctor doesn’t care, is mean, hateful, arrogant and thinks he knows everything! I am so surprised that no one has sued him for malpractice! I wish she could find another Dr, but as be prescribes her needed pain medication, he knows that he can treat them any way he wants. The REAL question is, WHY does he want to treat people this way, and WHY he is even a Dr?

This is HYSTERICAL reading these reviews of Collins! THEY ARE ALL TRUE! He is an arrogant control freak. I stuck around for maybe 3-4 months and moved on as fast as I could. HORRIBLE!

Intelligent conversation is to be had with this one, and he helps with advice. Nice office staff. Alas, my insurance has a severe case of administrative cranial anal impaction. Will recommend him, office, staff, and hesitate about Optimum.
