Pressuring tactics multiple times, even though I informed them that I’m a trauma survivor and do not feel comfortable, in order to have me try and do a PAP Smear. I’m beyond upset. 0/5.

Made an appointment for my daughter to have a chip in her tooth filled . Was GUARANTEED on recorded line they would fix the chip in her tooth today which again is the ONLY reason we made the appointment. She went and spent 2 hours of her time to ONLY get X-rays done which we didn’t ask for, for them to tell her they couldn’t take 5 mins to fix her chipped tooth today. We are leaving a review w the BBB as well as a complaint with Medicaid. You frauded us to come in as a new patient telling us you would do something you had no intention of doing. Very unprofessional highly do not recommend

Dr. Sarah Power was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to sit with me for about 30 minutes, asking every question possible to really understand my situation. Her thoroughness and incredible bedside manner are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! God bless you guys!

Waste of time This Location Been going here for a year maybe over a year Can’t get any answers they just keep saying you’re healthy. They keep doing my blood work but tell me I’m healthy Just look at me And say Sounds like you’re doing everything right Keep going in Was trying to tell me I’m healthy after doing my blood work wanted to know why I was so tired If I didn’t say, what about my iron Would’ve went home, not knowing why I was tired Can’t get any answers from this location Very unprofessional Went in with my throat hurting don’t have a cold or nothing And really do you all the time Give me attitude said I’ve been complaining about that and said you’re already told you you’re fine was is the last straw went to a different location In New Port Richey was far from me, but it was worth a trip. Can’t get no answers for months. Almost a year gave them so many symptoms and they just look at you waiting on a sleep apnea test since over four months they can get permission signed a paper twice did bloodwork to find out why am I so tired? She said your normal like three times went in for tiredness, till I finally asked her is my iron she replied well your arm is low like they wasn’t gonna tell me and last text about it. Do you want to give me any answers for being tired? She finally did a sleep Aechmea test after the fourth time but it’s been over four months and they can’t get permission for their own test. Asking me if I got in touch with them. No, I don’t know. Nothing to give me the test and I mailed it back. I don’t have the name of the company, your phone number nothing Don’t understand how they can’t Permission for their own test Went in to check for candida twice hoping if it’s not candida take it tell me if it’s from something else, but she walked in angry. DO NOT BRING YOUR TODDLERS HERE. I brought my child in and they were so unprofessional. I cannot believe that a place like this does not know how to accommodate children!

Don’t go here if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. I went for a simple comprehensive exam, and just needed a referral to have my wisdom teeth removed, but instead, I left disgusted with Dr. Jose Gonzalaz. He glanced at my X-rays and looked at my teeth for all of 10 seconds and decided I had gingivitis and needed four multi surface fillings. I work in the dental field, I am educated on oral hygiene care— so I am extremely surprised by his findings. When I went to tell him I just had a cleaning and there’s no possible way for me to have gingivitis, he was quick to cut me off and tell me my hygenist did a “bad job”. Not to mention I was at my actual office just a month prior where the dentist said I am in perfect oral health. He was rude and lacked chairside manner and made the mistake of assuming I was gullible enough to believe his scam. If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the money and go to someone who is qualified to provide genuine quality care to their patients.

Made appointment for 10 am, why bother when sub par doctor is running over 1 hr behind typical government ran shit show
