In this instance I am not the patient but after this visit the patient will not be back. After having many tests and labs drawn the patient was scheduled with this office to see Dr. Don Luong. Once patient was finally able to see the Dr. she was brushed off and essentially rushed out of the office after indicating he would follow up with her hospital discharge paper work but she had nothing to worry about. She was unable to ask questions about her lab results or question as to why her other specialists would send her to see a hematologist. Patient was told she didn’t need to be seen by him. Well thank you Dr. we will not be seeing you again we will be looking else where. Florida Cancer Specialists is an amazing group and they work miracles each and every day. Such a sad thing that this Dr. works in this office. In addition this office needs to get a new receptionist. She complains about how awful her job is so loudly the whole waiting room can hear her and she is extremely RUDE not only to fellow staffco workers but also patients that are checking in. DO BETTER FLORIDA CANCER SPECIALISTS.
