Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute Zulay Balog Just experienced pretty deplorable service from Zulay Balog at the highland office in largo. A patient came in requesting a pet scan cd, and rather than understanding the assignment to find out it could be sent digitally (due to tech on vacation) over to the new provider, Zulay became inpatient, agitated, aggressive, angry, disrespectful, refusing to help, and began to kick them out of the office. 😵‍💫 🤷🏻‍♀️??? She was raising her tone and her voice and walking away from the patient as they were speaking— adding confusion and distress to the situation. She completely dismissed the request to the manager Pedro, who in less than a minute was able to deliver the expected service. I don’t understand what brought on such an experience, why such a response, but I would expect a little bit of empathy and patience here. Not Okay, and A little bit shell shocked 😵‍💫

Dr Lipman of Florida Cancer Specialists Center has no ethics. I was under his treatment in 2022 and from the initial start found that his office was very disorganized in coordinating and appointment management. More recently I've discovered that they have overcharged me and continue to try to collect for more money, even after they've admitted that they owe me a refund. This is such a poor way of doing business. It's been months since they said they would issue me a refund check. Since that time the doctor has stated his personal opinion of me, which was not asked nor required, but it really showed his true nature of how callous and unprofessional he really is. I am now letting everyone know that if they do research about this facility and business they will see that there are multiple lawsuits for them on overbilling collusion monopolizing the practice to block out competitive businesses in the area, all unethical methods in which a person would really question whether they would like to be treated by somebody who would take the negative route and not receive what could be proper treatment. My treatment with their office was not successful and this leads me to believe that there may have been some tampering, but this is inconclusive. Hopefully, my review will shed some light on the dark recesses in which these people operate. I do not recommend them, especially when it's you or your family members life at stake. Refund the money that you owe people Florida cancer treatment center and stop trying to Belk patients so that you can live better than they do, they are already suffering at your hands by you poisoning them and now you steal from their pockets. Beware full of covid. I got covid from a roommate that goes here for chemo and knew he had it and continued to go here while infected and didn't make me aware of him having covid. Fever 5 days, terrible filthy place! He is a vile human! Patients should be tested upon arrival and families and caregivers should be notified!
