Dr. Nudell is incredibly kind and is always willing to help. He takes my condition seriously which is refreshing. I have been to doctors who before even seeing you have made up their mind on a diagnosis and wont listen to anything you have to say. Dr. Nudell has me do awake intubation for my endoscopies under general anesthesia with an anesthesiologist present which is great and helps avoid complications. He always gives me samples and is up to date on the latest treatments and therapies. I actually found him through mutual friends, everyone says he knows a lot about gastroparesis, EDS, and intestinal failure and my friends who go to him all have similar experiences to me. Tammy his PA is pleasant, Jennifer the scheduler works fast and is helpful. I am grateful for him. They use ECW and when you ask a question on the patient portal (after giving them your email address during your first appointment, there is a link on their website and the healow smart phone app) Dr. Nudell messages back usually same day. He is very responsive and goes above and beyond to answer my questions and advocate for my care whether it be navigating referrals or weird niche blood tests, he is great, especially for complex/difficult cases. I never feel ignored or gaslit and walk away relieved instead of anxious from my appointments.

Top down, excellent, just excellent!

Believe the reviewers who stated that the front office staff is difficult. That was my experience as well. I called to start the process for a colonoscopy. I was told that first I would need a referral from my primary. He told me to go get one done, that's all the referral I need. My insurance doesn't require a referral either. No, they insisted on a written referral. There are plenty of GI specialists in town; I simply chose another one and had no problem at all.

I suspect they are booked to the end of 2022 but won't say so. (I am writing this in October.) Their scheduler doesn't answer her phone ever and doesn't return calls. She left one VM that she received my doctor's order and then its been radio silence. I've called every day, multiple times a day. If she is out of the office, she should change her VM message. If they are booked, they should be transparent and say so. It doesn't speak well to the Center's management.

I definitely recommend this office my doctor especially, Dr. Schulman is my favorite doctor and I always feel that my issues are being addressed and that's very important as a patient the most important thing actually. They have a new office location that is beautiful and their processes to move you though all the steps of your appointment are streamlined. I always leave with the future care of my condition clear to me. This is sometimes information on an alternate care option for instance: a new medicine or procedure. I like being informed about my choices. IMO if you choose this office for your care you will be happy.

The doctor helped me with a rare swallowing disorder Achalasia. I am now swallowing with no GERD ! Thank you Dr. Mizrahi
