Took a friend for an EGD. today. Nurses were wonderful . They made sure my friend and I were well taken care of . But I had a bad experience at the DD place right at the entrance of the building. After waiting for almost an hour for a coffee and a donut the girl at the cashier showed her best rudeness attitude. No batch so I don’t know her name red hair . She basically threw the bag with my donut at me . She barked at me when she asked me cash or card. Really dissatisfied with her service. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you LMC

I spent 8 unpleasant days and nights at Largo Medical Center for a gall bladder removal.The experience was like a bad Motel 6. But unlike a motel I couldnt check out for 8 days.Some of the problemsNO HOT WATER for 8 days Imagine having to show without hot water. On the 3rd day a nurse came and told me to let the water run until it turned hot. She turned on full for 2 Hours without success.Standing water on the floor of the bathroom. Just the thing for a 78 year old man who could barely walk.No water glass. If i wanted to drink or rinse my mouth there was a hand held spit sink.The floor was usually filthy.There was dried feces in the toilet when I first used it. 3 days later....still there.One night as I waited for my pain shot I braved the wet bathroom floor to use the toilet. When I returned to my bed I found that I could not lie down. I sat there for some time until the nurse arrived with my shot. He gave it to me turned and started to leave. I said Cant I even get a little sympathy here? He replied I gave you your pain med what else do you want? Then he left. With me still unable to lie down.I am on a CPAP. Getting the RT department to help with this was VERY difficult.One of my personal Doctors came to visit me and immediately asked Why would you choose this hospital? I replied that it was an emergency. He said Dont ever make that mistake again.The 1st resident was barely visible. The 2nd resident complained that my personal Doctor was annoying and not competent.Discharging nurse sent me home with no pain meds and prescriptions that had to be picked up at a Walgreens a 40 MILE round trip from my house instead of the Walgreens around the corner.   I will long remember the apparent smirk on the face of the discharging nurse as she informed me that there would be no 12noon pain medication as she had Closed me out.

Very quick check in admin the volunteer at the breast Center and Tammy the radiology tech are always wonderful to myself and other patients Thank you very much and the pink rose after my mammogram was a beautiful touch

Dr. Butler on the 2 nd floor mental ward is the worst doctor I’ve seen in my life. I though as a dr your supposed to care about your patients. I’d assume your would take extra care with”mental patients “ this guy is a cold as ice. He tried to push electro therapy. All of the nurses and techs were amazing. 5stars to your nurses.

Two year ago today I was admitted to the ER with a lifethreatening emergency. The staff went aboveandbeyond to be helpful and helped me to save my life. I will always be grateful Thank you

Recently went to Largo Medical for my annual mammogram. I had done most of my check in online prior to my visit. This made the check in and wait time significantly easier. Shannelle has been here the last two years. She is always cheerful and efficient. It was very busy but she remained calm and welcomed everyone and let them know what to expect.I have been coming here for years and am always impressed with the compassionate way that I am treated. I want to thank Sue and Ann who made me feel comfortable. I know the importance of early detection and yearly mammograms. Although I had a good experience and negative results I have had many friends who have not. I am always apprehensive about getting mine done. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the professional understanding way that they do their job. Thank you to all 3 employees I will see you next year

I have never been to an emergency room for myself and was having chest pains and stomach pains and went here on a Sunday night around 10pm. I was greeted by a very nice woman security officer and she showed me how to sign in. They came and got me within minutes and starting doing tests asking questions and informing me of what they were doing with every step. They took care in what they did. The doctor on duty was the best and explained everything and so we’re the nurses. They were efficient and very nice. I felt I was given the best care from the moment I got there until the moment I left and was walked out at 2am by the same nice woman security officer that greeted me when I came in. I would definitely recommend going here if you need emergency care

I wanted to share how amazing your hospital is. My name Is Dawn Hernandez. I was there yesterday for 2 procedures. From the minute I walk in the main entrance I had nothing but sweet and friendly help. All the nurses were so sweet and kind. The nurses in the procedure room made me feel so comfortable and safe. What ever you are doing keep it up.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everyone from the out patient check in to labs CT scan Xray echo and ekg were very polite
