After lots of research into Dr Swerdloffs credentials I felt secure in my choice, i had a facelift with lipo and blepharoplasty, the results are amazing, and natural, I look refreshed and many years younger. The whole process was much better than expected, I healed quickly with no complications. He was available 24/7 post op. I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended

He is an excellent surgeon. His hands are skilled and I give him ten stars! I would definitely trust him again and again. He performed eyelid surgery and two separate surgeries for melanoma. He did an amazing job on each procedure. He actually took ten years off of my face! My eyelids are amazing and the area(s) where he performed melanoma surgery is looking amazing as well. Swerdloff lied to me about being a board certified plastic surgeon - he is not. He performed a face and neck lift in an unsatisfactory way, causing deformities I never had before. He falsified my medical records to cover it up. I filed a BBB complaint with no response, I filed a dept of health complaint where he refused to notify them if he carried liability insurance. He refused to respond to my correspondence, I called for directors of record at Bay Dermintology to be diverted and hung up on. I was lied to by Bay Dermintology's office manager by email in attempting to get my medical records, I Have proof of all. Press can contact me.

This plastic surgeon did a poor job on my left cheek. I was thought to have skin cancer and he was the derm offices plastic surgeon. Shame on me for trusting him without researching him. I have a divot on the side of my face that reminds me of him everyday. The skin he took off was sent to lab..no cancer.

Dr. Swerdloff did a fantastic job. He is extremely kind, caring, and very talented plastic surgeon. I have already recommended him to several friends. The office staff is very responsive and helpful as well.

I considered getting a facelift for 10 years before scheduling surgery - the deciding factor? Dr. Swerdloff and a natural facelift without general anesthesia. Also, I did not want to look "done." The surgery was 12/17/20 and by Christmas there was minimal discomfort and I was already delighted with the change in my appearance. No one has asked if I had surgery - the change is that natural. No one asks "what's wrong?" because I look sad - the lift lifted the droopiness - my face now reflects my positive, energetic typical self. New acquaintances don't believe I'm 69 years old :-) I couldn't be happier with my decision and my refreshed look.

Had a melanoma taken off my leg, considering he is a plastic surgeon, my scar is much wider than I expected. I thought by having the plastic surgeon do it I would end up with very little scarring, but that wasn’t the case. I am disappointed with the results

Awesome staff and surgery. I had a combined mini lift and rhinoplasty 6 days ago and today had my nose cast removed. I've never had a faster recovery time ( I've had 5 other surgeries) and can tell you the staff behind him work as a team to make sure you are aware of everything before, during, and after your surgery. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Great ENT doctor. Explained things professionally & simplistically. He provided me with information to pass onto our GI dr, to which the GI dr was grateful to have been provided with, as this prevented my husband from having an unnecessary biopsy. I'm incredibly grateful for his knowledge & exceptional care towards my husband.
