Was great....he is to the point and tells you what is important. He answers any questions...no matter how many. He told me I would have no pain and he kept his promise. I felt nothing and was in and out in 15 minutes....I loved that!

Dr. Bidani first did a colonoscopy on me. He was great. Then did hemmroid banding, three of them. He explained that he had to do three different procedures because there's a 70% chance of problems if you do more than one at a time. I felt nothing...no pain at all. I was in and out in 15 minutes....I loved it.

Dr Bidani is a great Dr. He promised me I would have no pain when I had hemmroid removal. He explained he only removed one at a time because there is a 70% more chance of problems when more than one is removed at a time. I had no pain or discomfort at all. He is fast, to the point and answers any questions you may have.

My insurance company initially referred me to this clinic and I did not know what to expect. I am writhing this review for the superstar that is Diana L. I needed a prior authorization for medication from my insurance. Not only did she call them everyday, but she also followed up with me after every all to let me know what they discussed or if she was able to reach someone. My medication was approved today and her last call to me was yesterday about it. She is this clinic’s best asset in my opinion.

Jessica the aesthetician on the med spa side is amazing. Great treatments, fair pricing and I felt super comfortable and taken care of. I will be going back and sharing with friends.

I responded to a Groupon for a chemical peel. They use a 3rd party booking agency who told me to book on line; I did and paid only to be called back and told it wasn't available. Couldn't get in touch on phone with the office after several attempts asked for a refund. Still waiting to hear.

My new go to for facials! Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and help pick out the right skin treatment to fit my needs. She is highly skilled and very personable.

This review is based entirely on the front office staff and not Dr. Bidani himself, since I never got to actually see him. My primary care physician recommended Dr. Bidani for a medical screening. I scheduled an appointment with the office staff and was given an appointment that was at least three weeks out from the time that I called. Not a big deal since this was only for a screening. I had proceeded to fill out all of the new patient paperwork ahead of the visit in the hopes of being able to speed up the appointment time itself. I arrived at 10:15am for a 10:30am appointment. After about 35 minutes and after seeing patients taken out back that arrived after me, I proceeded to tell the receptionist that I would have to reschedule since I had already been waiting over 30 minutes. The receptionist looked at me with a confused look and asked "you've been waiting for 30 minutes?" I responded in a disappointing tone and then asked "is that normal since you're giving me a look?" What was even more frustrating was a conversation that took place between one of the nurses and this same receptionist that I had dealt with. The conversation could be heard by everyone in the waiting room. The nurse had advised that there was a patient who was just in the other day and she needed to get ahold of him/her to get a procedure scheduled and that the patient had no phone number listed and there was no new patient paperwork in the file. The receptionist responded with "I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." This was the tipping point for me that this medical office is not one that I want to be affiliated with now or ever.
