Dr Marrotte seemed to be experienced but has a problem with attitude , she is detractive and condescending to patients , she talked down to me and doubted that I had full vision insurance despite me telling her that I did . As she asked the receptionist to verify my insurance since she didn't believe me, an elderly man using a walker entered the room and she yelled at him scornfully because his mask slipped down as he was struggling to get to a chair even though nobody else was in the waiting room and she was 15 feet away . Someone of this character should not be in a position to deal with the general public. I was insulted that she treated me as if I was mentally deficient when I have a 148 IQ which most assuredly is greater than hers.

Sandra is an experienced, skilled, compassionate therapist. As another therapist, who works at a higher level of care, when I have clients in need of continuing outpatient care, I refer them to Sandra because I know they will receive the best of care.
