Dr. Nudell is excellent. He is very courteous professional gives each patient as much time as they need answers all their questions clearly. He knew exactly what was causing my health problem and got it fixed with one procedure. The staff is very courteous and accommodating.

Very unprofessional their lack of compassion is incredible. Registered Nurse not even a Dr refused to see me because since I’m new to the state got lost and arrived 30mins late to the appointment. I was told “she’s not going to stay passed 4pm just to see you “ What? And to make it even better I took time work to come to this appointment. I will not schedule with them PERIOD

This doctor is okay...but his office and nursing staff lost him a customer..VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT TO SAY THE LEAST ..I canceled my upcoming procedure with this office..

Dr. Nudell is an extraordinary professional. His knowledge and his empathy made us feel safe and respected. I have never had such caring specialist that would take the time to listen and consider his patient’s opinion. We have been blessed to have him as my husband’s doctor.

After two ER visits and a hospitalization my daughter needed to followup with a GI doctor. Dr. Nudell had mostly good reviews was part of Baycare and close by so she made an appointment as a new patient. The appointment was a month and a half out. When she arrived a halfhour early for a 330 appointment she was told she was a no show that her appt was at 100. The receptionist told her they left a message on Thursday changing the time appt was Monday. No one spoke with her to confirm. She had received an auto message reminding her of the original date and time but due to work she would not have agreed to a 100 appt. The woman just kept saying she was a no show and did not even try to say she was sorry for the mixup or to see if there was another appt date for her to come in. My daughter just walked out of the office. Your front office staff can make or break a practice. You should think about that as most of your low ratings are due to them. Time for some changes?

Dr. Nudell performed my colonoscopy endoscopy.He was excellent.His front office is the reason for the generous 1 star review. I have had problems with scheduling appointments with them in the past.But the most recent one was the worst. I was scheduled for another procedure on December 18 at 11.I was mailed a flyer that I still have with the date time listed including a card from the scheduler Kellie Beagle who I know now is no longer there reminding me not to forget to do the prep.I arrived at the office on Dec. 18 at 11 and was told that my appt was not showing.They asked me if I was sure I had one. First mistake.They told me the person who was supposed to perform the procedure could not be in the office until 1230 and I could be seen then. I couldnt I live in Gulfport drove to Largo for this appt not to mention doing the procedure I had another appt I had to keep. FU Dec 23 more appt woes. Bad info given to me. Lots of excuses. Im done with them.

I am a patient of Dr. nudell. He is a good Dr but his office does some shady business. After my last visit with him they told me how I have a bill in collections from 5 years ago. This came out of the blue and I was totally unaware of it. I asked how much is it can I pay now and what was it for. They told me they dont know what its for and cant see that information and to contact the collections agency and how they wont make any appointments for me until I pay that bill I never got. So I kept asking what is it for and why I never got the bill and finally someone in billing office made a printout how I owe 100 dollars from 5 years ago and it didnt say for what. They said I cant pay with them or schedule more appointments until I pay with collections agency. I asked why I never got the bill they said were not sure. Its been more than a year since that. Ive been calling to get actuall bill so that I can pay but they just give me runaround every time. Dr Nudell wanted me to have colonoscopy this year and I missed all my appointments which is normally twice per year. He would have made thousands this year on my procedures and visits but we didnt do anything because of some bill from 5 years that appeared out of nowhere which I have no way of paying. I called collection service number and Shaquona answered the phone gave me an attitude when I asked to get the bill mailed out to me. The she hung up on me. Over a year later I still never got the bill. Rediculous treatment of a long time patient.
