List of Kathy Anderson's Reviews
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Anderson for a number of years. Just found out she retired and we are devastated!. The search begins again.
This office is very professional and friendly. Dr. Anderson listens to your concerns and is highly knowledgeable. I went in for a rash on my leg and full body scan. I highly recommend this doctor.
My husband and I have been patients of this office for over 20 years. My husband has had multiple cancer surgeries, all with positive results. I mainly visit for cosmetic procedures. We are both very pleased with our results. Dr. Anderson and her staff are wonderful to work with. They take their time completing procedures and to listening our concerns. We highly recommend this office.
If there were negative stars, I would give them. She biopsied my nose and did not even come close to taking off what she said needed to come off immediately. Note-biopsy came back as nothing. Dr. A left a hole or crater on the tip of my nose. When I asked about scarring , she said to me not to worry as she could just micro-needle it. My nose is forever ruined.
I was a new patient and made an appointment for a skin exam and for her to take a look at a spot on my nose that I was worried about -possible basal cell. Dr. A took less than two minutes to examine my body for a skin check. It was the most superficial skin exam that I have ever had. Dr. A then examined the spot on the tip of my nose. She was not able to see it without a magnifying glass. Anderson asked me to point to it while looking through the magnifying glass. She then said, "oh, we need to biopsy that". I questioned and she said it would only be a tiny scrape. Long story short, she dug a hole on the tip of my nose. It looks similar to a small cigarette burn and as deep. The most absurd thing is that she didn't even get the small red-ish/white mole that I was pointing at-she missed completely. Dr. Anderson told me not to worry about the area on my nose because she could fix it with micro-needling. This procedure is not covered by insurance...go figure! I am currently awaiting my bi
I have been to Dr. Anderson with my mother-in -law and my teenage son. I think she has an awesome bedside manner, and is very caring and knowledgeable. I will continue going to her for years to come. :)
I would suggest to Dr. Anderson that quality of care is not to be measured by the number of patients you can rush to see in a day. I waited several weeks for my appointment and did not appreciate the dose of five minute rushing I was administered.
Not a quality experience. I felt like the Dr. was very rushed, I waited weeks for an appointment and she couldn’t even spend 5 minutes with me. Quality care should come before quantity of patients a doctor can rush to see. Very disappointed.
I can’t say enough about my visits with Dr. Anderson! Her professionalism and genuine care for her patients, far exceeded my expectations. She doesn’t make you feel like “just another patient.” She truly listens to your concerns and addresses them with the utmost, sincere, care that anyone should expect! I drive all the way from Tampa because I’ve yet to find a more caring and compassionate dermatologist, yet. From the moment that you walk into her practice, her staff makes you feel more than welcomed. Her assistant, Reneé, is the consummate professional and a very friendly lady. I highly recommended Dr. Anderson for any dermatological/cosmetics needs!
Terrible. She is good at diagnosing problems but bad at treating them. One person described a conversation where the doc chastised the woman about her question. Exactly. This was my experience, too. Where there are two, there are certainly more. I think the nice reviews either just had good luck with her or they may be her friends/family. Yes, I really think she is that bad.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
