Este lugar debería mejorar su servicio lleve a mi esposa allí, ella tenía cita para el 27 de marzo una semana salida del hospital de una operación a corazón abierto nos llaman y nos dicen que el doctor la quería ver fuimos con ella convalenciente de esta operación y al llegar la sorpresa fue que el doctor se había ido de vacaciones, que había sido un error del hospital y que iban a llamar a la central y le iban a formar una gritería, eso nos asombró mucho, ayer 26 Marzo en la tarde nos llamaron y nos dijeron que el médico primario no había dado el ok para ser atendida, y hoy 27 día de su cita programada a las 10:30 am nos llaman de esta oficina y nos dicen que todavía no estaba coordinada La consulta, me parece una falta de ética y un maltrato a un paciente que hace apenas mes h unas semanas está operada del corazón y que además este médico prescribió un medicamento el cual descompensó a mi esposa y en lugar de cambiarlo le dijo que tenía que tomárselo todo, quieren un concejo no vayan a tratarse allí me llevo de este lugar la peor experiencia no se lo recomendaría a nadie

Worse experience of healthcare imaginable, do NOT go to this doctor office. The lady in the lobby did not even have my appointment registered when I came in, I had to wait longer than needed because she never registered me. As for the doctor, he was extremely rude and arrogant, and did not take his time or listen to my concerns, Dr Patel would not let me speak, he was in a rush and I did not feel taken care of. I left before they were finished, extremely unsatisfied.

The MD is caring and knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful

Very impressed with the staff and dr, they know there jobs well.

Dr does not care about his patients unless they make him money. He bases patient's care on if he can make money. He does not take time to listen or treat any areas that he supposedly has listed that he treats. He only checks meds, listen to heart & lungs & that's it! He is rude to his patients and his staff. I have seen this multiple times. He is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and inpatient with his patients unless his favs. He does not have your best interest in mind

My husband went in for a first initial visit. To discuss his depression and a possible spider bite that turned into an absess. He was completely unequipped to take care of the absess nurse's had no experience with wound care. Dr. Patel hardly spoke to my husband about his depression just through him on an antidepressant that didn't even know would even be the right fit. Everything else my husband tried to discuss with him He said you need to see someone else but no referrals But billed are insurance for everything he didn't do or couldnt complete as far as wound care. I feel he was all about getting the money he could Bill to insurance. If I could rate zero I would give him negative 1 for review. My next complaint will be to my insurance company. He shouldn't be in the medical field. He will have malpractice lawsuits in his future. he makes Dr's that actually care look bad.
