This is the most efficient office I have ever been to. Dr. Menke heard all of my issues had referrals ready at check out and had called in a prescription before I left the office. She was thorough and pleasant. Best dr. Experience I have ever had Didn’t have to wait in the waiting room either. All staff were so nice and professional.

Not sure where all these glowing reviews came from but a friend patient called the nurse and got no answer tried to get the front desk to connect me also failed. This was a follow up with an emergency. I was asked to go over to see if they could call and got greated with a attitude and no help. And when I told them about the phone problem they lied about it but eventually admitted their problem. Also had a problem with keeping records. My friend NEVER got the call.BTW the patient next to me was having a similar problem. The office staff is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT

Dr. Menke is an amazing physician. She never makes me feel rushed with my appointment and takes the time to address all of my concerns. Shes passionate and caring. Thank you Dr. Menke for all you do.

I was worried about finding a new PCP due to previous experiences with bad office staff and and uncaring doctors but now I am at rest with my decision to see Dr. Menke Awesome kind caring and professional doctor and the staff is so professional and kind. Very happy

Appointment was ahead of time and very surprised and appreciated. No long waiting in this office. Treated in a very professional manner. We are certainly happy with Dr. Menke and her staff.

The care I received at Baycare was warm and friendly although very professional. The center was immaculate and covid guidelines were fully in place. I highly recommend them.

This afternoon I attempted to get a refill of blood pressure medication after the pharmacy said they had not heard back from the Dr. regarding the request. I was told that I could not get a refill until I made an appointment to see the Dr. I was out of pills and was told it would not be refilled. During a pandemic my blood pressure medication is being held hostage in order to be force into coming in for a visit. Needless to say my family will be finding a new practice with some compassion.
