Dr. Luckey is very detailed about any explanations. She listens thoroughly, and then she asks questions. Dr. Luckey truly “knows her stuff”. She takes her time and does not rush her patient. She has a terrific personality and bed side manner. Afterwards she gives the patient a written overview of the visit and recommendations. The staff is also very kind and considerate. I have only waited once, and that was because she had an emergency. I am very lucky to have Dr. Luckey as my doctor!

Dr Luckey takes time with you as an individual.Her knowledge and expertise in digestive issues far surpasses other gastro drs I have met through 30 years of issues. Bedside manners are incredible and puts you at ease.

She was attentive the first visit. She scheduled two tests and diagnosed me with several issues and explained what I needed to do to relieve discomfort but never mentioned this is never going away. I can’t leave the house without the fear of an ‘accident’. Her nurse is pleasant when you interact with her in the office but if you need to call her on phone, beware. I waited 4 days for a return call and one time she never did call me back. Needless to say, I am changing doctors.

The waiting time is awful sometimes over 2 hours the staff is rude specially Cathy! Such a nasty person, she seems to hate her job. Dr Luckey she is always been nice and courteous but unable to help me with mine gastrointestinal problems.
